Hair in my food. No one answered the phone when i attempted to call about it. I went back after work and asked to speak to the manager. The manager did not come out immediately and instead used the employee as a messenger until i showed a picture of the hair in my food. When the manager finally came to speak to me, she looked at the picture and said I cant do anything, you didnt bring the burger in. My cook is wearing a hair net. And also pointed out on the receipt the order was filled hours ago.(Please note i have course curly hair, the hair in my food was straight).

We love this location, the food is always fresh and hot. They are not stingy with the extras either. Very clean restaurant in a nicer part of the city. Great for a quick stop after school, for lunch, or just grab a snack. Oh, and it a Green Burrito too!! Win Win!!

If I could curse on this message I would! I haven’t been here in a long time and didn’t know what I wanted, this seemed to upset the guy trying to take the order and started huffing and puffing as if he’s the one paying for the freaking meal! Absolutely ridiculous! Whoever is training these people is not doing a proper job! First off Carl’s Junior is expensive to begin with and I was only eating here today because I used to eat it in Colorado and decided I was going to try it after so long of not having it. I will never come back again! I understand that one person doesn’t make the company, but first impressions after so long mean a lot. And this first impression is absolutely garbage! Whoever has that microphone on his head is very lucky I did not say what I wanted to say to him! You have one job, actually two jobs, and that is customer service and make the damn food. Don’t argue unless people are trying to get free food. I’m simply trying to place an order and you are irritated with me! I honestly hope you lose your job because you obviously don’t care about it! Ok so it has been about 4 months since my last visit to Carl’s jr. I was really wanting the California classic boy was I disappointed my husband and Son both ordered the double jalapeno burger they got that wrong also one pattie and three jalapenos is what they both received and we paid for doubles I have my receipt for proof I’m good at keeping them I also order a three piece chicken tender and what I got was tendons I am definitely disappointed with this not sure if we will ever go back fries were old the taco salad was supposed to have Guacamole on the side because my husband is allergic I’m really upset

I was the only person in line at the drive through. When I placed my order I had to repeat the combo I wanted twice and the drink I wanted thrice. They waved me through to the parking lot to wait on my order. I waited about 10 minutes before they brought me my food, except it was a COMPLETELY different order. I went inside to ask for my food and there wasn’t even a mix up. They hadn’t made my food at all. I can forgive long wait times and mixed up orders, but I was literally their only customer at that moment. At least the interior is clean and spacious.
