Worst food I ever had got the waygu bun was soggy burger was dry and over cooked veggies were wilted so bad will never eat there again! Roast beef was overcooked as well. Fries were stale.

I prefer to order in the app, especially for large orders. With my arthritis, it’s hard to stand, so drive through. I tried to go as slowly and clearly as possible. When I asked the clerk to read back, he got partway in and called someone else to take over. Fine. But the third time I say I can’t hear, I raised my voice. The clerk was right to admonish me, but NOT to CONTINUE TO LECTURE ME. I asked to pull up to the window to finish the order there and was told no. So we drove through and went somewhere else.

We visited this Arby’s location to grab a quick bite. The staff were friendly and projected they were having fun working together. They had fun talking to the customers as they came in and out. It was a really fun atmosphere.

The service was friendly and our food was ready quickly. The place was clean, including the restroom. The server forgot one of our orders but got it for us when we asked. Arby’s fries are my favorite and the roast beef are much less greasy than other fast food places.
