Table was sticky when we arrived, which makes us wonder if the table was cleaned beforehand. Food was plenty and tasted good but were dry (e.g. ribs, steak, chicken, even the broccoli). Strawberry margarita tasted like it had real strawberries and we could barely taste the alcohol. But the mango margarita didn’t really taste like it had mango. Server was friendly but came rarely after the food came so we had to chase her down for things like napkins and to-go boxes. Overall, would go again but wouldn’t be the first on our list. FYI You get a free scoop of ice cream if it’s your birthday.

Of all the chili’s I have visited in many states over the years, the food here stood out among the rest. It gets 3 stars (ill push to 3.5 because it’s the best in its category) mainly because it’s is simply a chili’s. They should all be this level as far as food quality goes.

I will admit it has been more than 2 years since we have visited because the service was truly going downhill. But after last nights visit I will say WOW! what an improvement. First off, we arrived pretty late for dinner (a time we never come in) but we just came back from a day at the theme parks and were starving.

We had dinner there tonight at Chili’s. My wife got the Cajun pasta and the chicken was not edible, it was chewy. I paid the bill and don’t expect to get comped as she ate everything but the chicken. I’m just leaving the review to hopefully make the awareness that the food should have a better quality check for future customers.

I was disappointed with this restaurant. Upon walking in, the restaurant had an “old smell” to it. I also noticed that the walls near the ceiling had quite a few stains. Restaurant definitely needs an overhaul and a remodel. In general, the whole place gave me a vibe of it not being too sanitary. So, I tried their salad with crispy chicken and I was really disappointed with the portion and the quality. The portion was definitely on the low side, which was set on a plate with a lot of fried “chips”. Honestly, the salad was barely better than just opening a bag of lettuce from a store and putting a few slices of avocado on it. Also, the salad only included two measly strips of chicken (not even large pieces, at that). In my mind, restaurants that serves salads should make them great – should be dense, be a huge portion, and very colorful/fresh. Sadly, this restaurant does not do that. Other people in my party got either chicken strips with fries or the three item fajita. The fajitas were OK. The fajitas came with a long silver plate to hold the condiments, which was ridiculously impractical for actually getting the condiments out. As for the chicken strips and fries, the fries were lukewarm and probably just sat there for a while. Definitely not worth it for the food or atmosphere, in my opinion. Although two people in my party thought it was good or OK. For me, it was too pricey for a lousy atmosphere, with a poor salad.

I came in for an early dinner service so i cant speak when they has rushes but, i will say the meal i had was absolutely phenomenal, whoever the mastermind is in the kitchen cooked the perfect Medium rare steak and my god the sides were no less amazing flavor mash and asparagus cooked ever so well. Will definitely make this a stop on my travels through here!

Four stars is all I can do. The service was good. The food was excellent, but Chili’s relies on these ridiculous electronic tabletop devices to do most everything. Our wait staff was good but kept referring to the tablet. They were not allowed to take our credit card nor print a receipt. I was forced to use this inanimate device and enter an email that was stopped bombarding me with email. It’s sad we are taking the human experience away from ourselves. Would have doubled my tip if I could have had the waitstaff take care of my bill personally.
