The wings were tough and dry. I imagine they were poor quality frozen wings, cooked many hours before and left to sit, or both. I understand with delivery you do not get them fresh out of the fryer, but this tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since the day before.

Flavor of the sauce is okay. But ordered the food through door dash and arrived at Chili’s (the pickup location) early so I can get my food hot and fresh. Sadly, even though I was waiting in the parking lot early for the food, I still got cold as heck food. Amazing. Extremely terrible when you have curly fries which are awful when they are cold. I ate the food in the parking lot of the plaza it is located (moved less than 100 ft to allow other curbside customers access) and it was cold. Won’t be ordering from them again.
