San Juan Coffeehouse is amazing! I asked Joy, the barista, to make me something she thought I would like; she made me the best coffee drink I’ve ever had. It was perfect. There was a long line & Joy managed it so well making each customer feel valued. I live 6 hours away & would drive to this coffeehouse for the amazing drinks & wonderful service.

Finally a great downtown bar! San Juan Brews has a welcoming atmosphere, and I like the fact that you can choose either coffee or beer, depending on your mood (and AA status). Some people use it for meetings, but it’s also a great place to just hang out. And the large beer menu gives you plenty of choice!

I love this place! It has a great casual atmosphere, the coffee is exceptional (try the Spanish Peaks), they are actively involved in the community, and they’re a brewery too. There’s also a shelf of books at the back for sharing and taking, and a lot of space inside. In short, this is the perfect place – a must see when you’re in the area!

I went to San Juan Coffeehouse on a gloomy Saturday morning- seeking some type of catharsis. A beverage of frothy milk and espresso to enhance the somber feelings. I was greeted with the kind smile of the barista, Joy. It was as if the clouds broke outside and the day got brighter. Joy recommended a lavender matcha. I went with her suggestion and the vibrant, floral flavors refreshed my spirit and soul. San Juan Coffeehouse is medicine. The kind people and delicious drinks will surely put a smile on your face and lift your spirits. I can’t recommend them enough!
