Bad. Tried to order an item in drive through. Placed my order at the menu board. Sat in front of that board for 25 minutes before the line moved again. Finally got to the window close to 30 minutes after ordering. Once I got to the window, they tried to give me the wrong order. 10 minutes later, finally had my food. Had I known a drive through order would take 45 minutes, I could have driven to ANOTHER TOWN, eaten, and made it back before they prepared my order. Also, the driveways to get in and out of the parking lot are way too narrow, and way too steep. Probably fine for someone driving a truck or SUV, but if you drive a nice car, forget it entirely. You’re gonna scrape it on something.

Food was good, as usual. But this location was definitely having some customer service issues. Mainly the training of new people, so it took a little linger than usual and our order git messed up but was corrected right away.

Overall, it was a pretty good. The lobby was closed during business hours, they were a little busy, but still didn’t have to wait very long. My order was correct, fresh, fast, and fabulous!!! I will be coming back soon. Stay golden sweeties!

Pulled in Drive thru at 5:10. I was FOURTH in line. Order a chicken taco salad and potato Ole’s. 5:30 I get to the window FINALLY and the girl asks what my order was. I tell her and she says OH that’s the order I couldn’t find. WHAT?? 5:40 I finally get my order. Get home and what do you know a taco salad with BEEF!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! When I gave my order the 2nd time I heard the girl at the window tell whoever was making the food she needed a Chicken taco salad. 30 minutes sitting in drive thru …. a fast food drive thru. I cannot eat beef, so thanks for my $14 potato ole’s. You really need to get you stuff together. Horrible horrible service. Tried calling and the phone rang 15 or so times and no answer

Welp… so much for Taco Bell. As long as there is a Taco John’s around I’m going there if I want fast food tacos. Just like Taco Bell but better. Even have better sauce.

Nice, conveniently located Mexican/Southwest American food stop with a good menu. From their famous potato-oles’ and freshly prepared tacos to their good breakfast burritos and much, much more. Jus off Main Street in Bloomington and not far off Veterans Parkway. Good get it on the go stop.

Stopped here on the way to Chicago from St. Louis (this is the only location along the way). There aren’t that many spots in the parking lot. I was in the drive thru for about 25 minutes and an extra 10 minutes at the window and my order was wrong.

Taco Tuesday is favorite day to be in Bloomington. No taco John’s in Decatur. I just love the taste. That’s the only Mexican restaurant, taco John’s, I’ve eaten at for 25 years. I don’t like Mexican food until taco John’s
