My family and I decided to try Bobby’s Burger Palace. Bobby’s Burger Palace is inside of the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City. You can’t enter the restaurant from inside the mall. Once you go inside while waiting online you can view the menu on the wall. They do have options for beef, Turkey and chicken. Also the kids meal are great in pricing and they are the same size burgers as they adult size. They only difference is the variety. Kids menu is only either cheeseburger or grilled cheese with fries and a drink. Needless to say we all enjoyed our burgers. The LA burger was great so was cheeseburger crunch (in which they had potatoes chips on top for the extra crunch). When ordering food you pay for it and they give you a number and the waiter brings the food to your table.

The burger is just what you want and love from a burger. Juicy and cooked perfectly. The meat itself was seasoned ligtly so you can taste the beefy goodness. I got the bacon bleu burger and the bacon was cooked perfect. The food here was amazing and came out fast and hot. This is a must have burger!!

Stopped in for a quick bite, the staff was friendly and helpful. Both our burgers were cooked well, they cook them to order unlike most fast casual places. You can order them as a “fit” burger to replace the bun with greens and a balsamic dressing which was a tasty healthier option. You have a variety of sauce options at your table which were all good. We tried sweet potato fries which were nice and crispy and the Black and White milkshake which was delicious. Would recommend for anyone who likes American burgers and fries.

Mediocre burgers for a place that’s called a burger palace. I tried the LA and a friend had the Dallas. Both were not great. The fries were the best part. The place is tries to be a “glorified” fast food place, but it falls short on that front. The appearance of the food was good, flavor not so much.

Another great experience at Bobby’s Burger Palace, it is alway a home run here. I am never disappointed my old friend. Today’s munch was the April Burger of the Month- Chicago Burger- american cheese, Chicago relish and celery salt. So deliciously cooked , it was a perfect medium rare. To go along with that tasty burger was the Butter-milk onion rings. They are one of the best onion rings to have, nicely coated but when you bite into them , the whole onion slice doesnt come out. You actually have a bite of the onion ring like it supposed to be. To chase all that down was the strawberry milk shake, nice chuncks of ice cream and fresh whip cream wrapped this all into a beautiful and scrumptious meal… always a hit here. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

The burgers are not seasoned. They seriously just add salt & pepper. ATTENTION this is not for black people or Latinos. The meat is bland. Cheaper fries are good drinks and milkshakes are good. 3 stars because the customer service is amazing but the food sucks.
