The lady who works there with multi-colored hair is extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I have been a loyal customer of this particular Casey’s for 8 years now, and sometimes visit more than once a day. I will NOT give this location any more of my business after being treated this way yet again by her. I am very disappointed .

Ever since it started closing at night and opening at 5 a.m., there is never any food in the warmer (there’s 2 warmers, but only one works). There’s hardy any premade sandwiches or wraps that aren’t a few days old available. This is my local Casey’s, so I try to shop here as much as possible, but anymore, it’s a huge waste of my time, so I don’t stop here anymore.

Gotta love the feeling of seeing a Casey’s in the distance .knowing you will have a delicious slice of pizza waiting for you in the warmer and getting a fountain soda to go along with it ..I never had a bad time at Casey’s general store ..and I will continue to stop at them in any city I see one ..keep up the hard work Casey’s . clean restrooms are a plus too.only thing that could be better are shorter lines

The rewards program where you can store your credit card for ordering pizza no longer meets industry standards for cyber security. Industry is moving towards adding Multifactor authentication to the signin process. Almost all banks require this feature, and many stores are already doing this.

Cathy and Brenda are the only two in the place that are nice to customers. The rest of the staff is unbelievably rude. They are very short with customers and the last couple times I have been in the store, not one employee bothered to speak to me. The big girl with multi colored hair is absolutely NOT cut out for customer service and should consider a job that doesn’t deal with people. They need to lighten up or find a new job.

Can’t say how bad the dude in the kitchen was. Not only did he eat food that fell off other pizzas but after that he went straight to touching other people’s food after that with no gloves on. Can’t tell you how disgusting that is. If I know he is working I won’t be ordering anything from here.

Very inconsistent!! Every time I get a new breakfast burrito it’s always missing something new. They forgot the sauce and it was one dry burrito.. it’s not just the burritos. They all make things differently and the new handhelds are never cooked all the way… very unpleased
