This DQ is in a gas station. It was not exactly clean. We walked in to order & there was a young guy behind the counter who just looked at us but didn’t approach. Said nothing. Then another young guy walked behind the counter from collecting garbage. Just stared at us & said nothing. When we asked if he was ready, again, said nothing. We just assumed he was & gave him our order. He rang it properly & our order was right, but besides telling us the total, he said nothing. It was very awkward. Felt like we were disrupting his work.

We had an issue with our order, drove back to get it fixed. On the drive there we discussed how we are going to have to start going to the Clinton location. We drove up to the drive thru window and talked with Harley, he was so wonderful and went so above and beyond he saved the reputation of Dairy Queen in Rockville for us. Thank you Harley.

Anyone that is reading this.. if they try to tell you that they don’t take the 85 cent coupon for a small blizzard at their store… DOWNLOAD THE APP and order it off there. They’re telling everyone that their location isn’t participating because they’re lazy and don’t want to be busy. If their store didn’t participate then it wouldn’t let you use it in the app.

The Manager wasn’t very respectful to the friendly gal that helped us. She was learning and shr was belittling her in front of guests. I am bothered by that. The blizzards had almost no pieces in them. This particular location was kinda disappointing, to be honest. We love our DQ in Brownsburg.
