We ordered online and got there 15 mins later. Should be plenty of time since they were not busy. They had us pull up to the door on the left. They then gave some lady her food who went through the drive thru after us. We ended up waiting in the drive thru area for 25 minutes. They also forgot to give us our drinks so they had to run back inside. Our food wasn’t even made right. I normally have a good experience here.. but it’s usually bc it’s later at night and it’s the same guy. He’s really good at his job and he does it alone. Guy needs a raise.

Whoever was working tonight was extremely disrespectful. We pulled up to the drive through to order (keep in mind there was ONE other car in the drive through in front of us) the worker said he’d be with us shortly for our order. Easily over ten minutes went by and we thought he’d forgotten about us so we said “hello?” The worker instantly snapped and yelled at us through the drive through. I’ve literally never had a fast food worker yell at me. Especially when there was one car in the drive through and they weren’t busy at all. I understand you are probably understaffed but that treatment is insane.

Blonde chick with the head set with the all business attitude really came off as rude. 10 secs after saying we needed a few minutes to order she was asking again. No one was at the first window so went to the 2nd. Minute later she opens the 2nd window as she’s walking by and without even looking at us uses her thumb to point and motion back and sternly says 1st window and quickly closes the window again. She was obviously super annoyed that we weren’t sure which window they wanted us at. So we had to back up to the first window again. I’m sure this isn’t the first time I went to the wrong window at a restaurant but certainly the first time they told me to back up. For someone who’s so unforgiving of a simple mistake you’d think they could get your order right. No lettuce isn’t a complicated request. The other staff were nice. I hope she wasn’t in charge.

Onions ring super salty and nasty gross. Manager was SUPER rude when I had asked her about maybe hiring me bc I had put in an application. Yelling at me from back from the store instead face to face calmly talking to me as an adult in explaining why she decided to not hire me. I mean SUPER rude and very hostile. I was so shocked to see this type of behavior from a “supposed” manager. If everyone in management is like this manager is, I am glad I wasn’t hired. Wow!! Never EVER again will I give this franchise any of my business nor will I refer anyone to them.BTW.. I hope these onion rings don’t cause me any intestinal problems later bc they are super salty and tasty very gross.. I ate only 2 and that was all I could stomach they was so bad and the burger was cold and not good either

Shorted one drink. Ordered from app. For some reason only showed 1 drink, added 2 more. Employee didn’t confirm number of items ordered. I got 2 drinks not 3, plus single food item. Received 3 items, not 4 as shown on receipt.

We ordered the bacon and cheese melts, chicken nuggets, onion rings, and fries. The melts, fries, and onion rings were luke warm by the time we got them due to waiting so long for our order to be given to us. We were there at 8 pm, which is a couple of hours before closing. It was not busy at all when we arrived, we waited 20 minutes at the pickup window and caused a pile up of cars 6 deep. 3 Door dash orders were prioritized over our order. Then the melts literally had a single piece of bacon per sandwich and was not worth the upcharge for the “bacon” melt.

I’m not sure what I just bought. French fries taste like they were refried and tasted like it as well. My order was messed up from the beginning. I ordered 40 nuggets and they did put a single sauce cup in my bags. It was a complete waste of time and money. Total disappointment. My whopper tasted as though it was sitting there all day. And the patty was completely cold. Just about everything tasted old and refried.
