100% better than when they first opened. They now have a buffet that is kind of weird because they serve you the food as you walk down the line. I guess they are trying to mitigate waste, which is a good thing. Everything was very tasty during this visit and I really am excited about coming back to ensure that it was not a fluke. Service is still kinda hit or miss… saw people walking in and just standing there while the two (2) servicers spun around the room. If you go just walk in and sit down where you want.

Tried the new restaurant this past week as they had their grand opening! The food is refreshingly authentic and delicious. This family owned business prides themselves on FRESHNESS. I had the Shrimp in molcajete salsa(hot) and carne asada street tacos. The shrimp was fresh and the salsa was spicy but delicious. Both the tortillas and the salsas were made by hand and truly made the difference freshness wise. The rice was also very good. The interior and look were totally redone and the place looks amazing! They are available for dine in and carry out …..Try La Fondita today!

Went to grab a quick lunch with my gf here and overall we enjoyed the experience. The place was slow during our visit since and it was our first time so no idea if that’s the norm. The staff was super friendly and the food was good. My partner loved the taco salad so I guess I recommend that.

Took a chance on this newly opened, and remodeled restaurant. Service was a little awkward, but friendly as they develop a routine to handle customer service, spacious seating area, clean, and comfortable. Menu has good options, and also a buffet. The salsa was not very good, but main entree was good. There is a small store inside with a variety of Hispanic groceries, not a grocery store but a good place for Hispanic style specialty items, also ‘ fresh pastry and breads. Will try again in a few weeks.

Very disappointing. Service was lacking. Food took over 30 minutes to get to us and then it was lukewarm. Tables were very dirty (we dined at early lunch so I’m thinking they were not cleaned from the night before). We changed tables and still dirty. Women’s bathroom stall had cobwebs. We’ve dined at this building multiple times over the years (when it was different restaurants) and to be honest it does not look like they have cleaned since taking over. Floors were filthy and baseboards had dust everywhere. The health department score was a 95 but I’m not sure how. Won’t eat here again.
