Service has gone down since COVID. They finally improved the interior of the building structure and leaking ceiling a couple years ago but now they can’t seem to keep employees and the service is slow and the food isn’t always fresh. Chicken is dried out most times, mashed potatoes are instant and not mixed well at times and the biscuits are hard and dried out as well. I wouldn’t waste my money at this location, go elsewhere or try another franchised location if you really want KFC that bad.

The kids working at this place work exceptionally hard and give great service while doing so. I know they had a fryer malfunction on the night I was in there and food took a while and damage control was necessary as a service industry worker for 27 years it impressed me to see this young men getting through this with smiles on their faces. Why do KFC employees always have attitudes? If you employees would actually listen to customers when they order things could be so much easier. Dark meat does not mean you just sneak in whatever you want! As much as KFC charges for the small Cornish hen size pieces of chicken, maybe listening while customers order things would not be so difficult. And why does every KFC always run out of chicken? Kentucky Fried Chicken. It’s in the name of your brand! Chicken! KFC is such an outrageous over priced joke any more!
