there isnt an option for zero star otherwise i would have selected it. i waited 22 minutes and 37 seconds for a beefy 5 layer burrito. that made my roomate so upset she still hasnt ate her food and spent 10 minutes writing a review. based on her experience. and now i am writing a review because my beefy 5 layer was not supposed to have beans and it did. and as always taco bell has satisfied my hunger. just very confused about the customer service and sense of urgency. it is fast food for a reason.

The chicken quesadillas and blue raspberry slushees we got were really good! There was an overcharge I didn’t notice until I got home. I went back, with my receipt, and they handled my issue quickly, above and beyond my expectations! ♥️

Waited in the drive thru for 8 minutes before I even got to the order speaker. Lady said “I’ll be right with you”. 7 minutes later, she took my order. 7 mintes later, got my food. Total of 22 minutes and finally got my food. Half of it was wrong and all of it looked like it was scooped out of the trash and thrown in a bag. I won’t return. Ever.

It is the only Taco Bell in two cities that you can actually walk & sit down and eat. All the other one you have to order online and drive through. They claim it’s because they’re low staffed but the fact is the owners are just cheap and don’t want to hire employees. This place was great The service was great The food was great I will be going back very soon.

Online ordering never works. It’s only worked two times, and the first time the store informed me that they simply don’t have what I already paid for so they can’t do my order. The other time they said they have no internet so they never got my order, told me to cancel it and then wouldn’t honor one of the online deals I had selected. The bell hop people they have stand there and take your order just stare at you and say “I don’t know” if you have a question after an uncomfortably long silence of just staring at you, and sigh if you ask they can ask someone who does know. If it was just a one time thing or bad training, then okay. But I’m talking three separate people out there seemingly trained to try to NOT let you place an order. Horrible experience every time. Really wild. Can’t believe this is real life.

The employees are working in horrible conditions. The air has been broken for almost 2 months, and they are suffering from heat exhaustion. I gave it a 3 because the employees are great but the shop is a wreak. This is ridiculous and probably illegal.
