Not great, not bad. I had a Tuna salad on wheat regular size which seemed to be about 6 inches. They could not toast it for me and It was not clear to me why they could not. The sandwich itself was just ok, I would not say tasty. I get the feeling this is not what they are known for. Oddly they charge extra for cheese on this item. There were some weird dirt marks on the edge of the table, not sure what they were but I didn’t want to touch them. I won’t hurry back but I’m probably not their ideal customer. If you like lots of meat and cheese this maybe a better fit given the pics on their menu board.

I’ve been coming here for years with great service, and I walk in today to receive the worst customer service from an employee I’ve never seen before. I order a steak and cheese with maybe 3 customers ahead of me and receive immediate grief. “It’s going to be 20-25 mins just to start the sandwich” They are only cooking one sandwich on the grill at a time apparently. I proceeded to order and get told I can’t order a giant with different cheeses on each half, paired with attitude while rubbing his picked scab arm over the cooler. If I order a 2 foot long sub I don’t think it should matter what cheese I got on which half. Unreal I won’t be returning to this location.

I have been coming to this location for the past 6 years. Recently they have been closing early and shutting everything down early. It seems to be mainly when the GM named Garrett is there. Garrett is rude and abrasive if you happen to come in anytime after 8pm. The other guys that are always there are great and always very accommodating. I would seriously look into your GM for this location and make sure he represents your organization in the manner you would expect, as he would be the sole reason I would not return.

Everything shut down 22 minutes early. Everything shut down and they made my sandwich on the counter, as manager sits in the back and counts the money. The same manager that was eating the roast beef that he was shaving when he was making my sandwich about a three and a half months ago After refusing to put ingredients in a separate container from my pregnant wife because she cannot have the deli meat with the toppings prior to microwaving the deli meat as a health precaution for listeria. About a month after that happened the corporate team was in that jersey Mike’s and I brought it to their attention that this man was eating as he made my sandwich literally surprise he is still there because I’ve seen other employees working at local restaurants that used to work there and it’s quite a laugh as I know this is contributes to turn over. Just got home and its not even the time the store is scheduled to close. 9pm!
