It’s a BBQ truck near at Central Square in Seaside. Guy makes the best frozen Pina colada. I thought it would be out of a machine when I ordered…. Nope. Made it right there in front of me at the window. Hit the spot. Had the smoked tuna sandwich. It was good, just know there are large chunks of tuna in the tuna salad. Husband had the BBQ during a different trip and he proclaimed this the best food truck in the row.

We were tired of being disappointed by the “top rated” restaurants around here and decided to try something we hadn’t heard of yet. The smoked chicken salad was a knock-out and the BBQ nachos were awesome. Not to mention the owner is so friendly, happy to offer suggestions, and added little touches that make it that much more special. Skip The Meltdown truck and come here.

We had the best experience! Murphy was great and made us feel like family, even going out of his way to come talk to our table and point us in the direction of some locations we weren’t aware of. The brisket is some of the best we’ve have ever had! We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area!

Got the pulled pork salad which came with homemade ranch dressing. The pork had wonderful flavor and the dressing was delicious. The owner was very friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Perfect meal for a hot day if you want something filling but not too heavy.

YUM! This was our first time eating here. The Sweet Tea was amazing. Thought it was a cute touch that the numbers they give you were flip flops. They also had doggie water bowls in front of the truck. Not sure what was in the Baked Beans, but they were my favorite!! A little spicy but had tons of flavor. They also had a fun card game in their napkin holders on the table. Something a little different than just eating dinner!

To start off, if you want to visit this food truck, walk there. Parking is near impossible. For our excursion, I stayed in the car and my loving girlfriend walked to grab the food. Must have been quick service as she arrived 10 minutes later.

The woman working the register on 3/8 was very rude. Be aware that if you order the three sliders (even though they offer pork, chicken, beef brisket) if you want one of each you’ll not only pay $14 but an additional $2 for them to slap some dry meat on a dry bun. The sliders are literally just dry meat and a bun. No toppings no sauce. And an automatic 15% service fee? Skip this place.
