Great turnaround from years past. Food is always hot and fresh and the drive-through is 10 times quicker than a year ago (90% of the time, but various things happen everywhere). Don’t judge on the few negative comments as it is impossible to please everyone. Great polite staff and the manager Manuel is a fresh breath for the location. He goes above and beyond. A++ to him and his team!!! And my humble recommendation for locals is to avoid the nearby alternatives. Per Mc., Frank (hint???) the other management and staff at local competing fast food options do not care about satisfaction. Even if they serve you something inedible. Your problem. Not theirs. Wow!

I refuse to wait 35 minutes in the drive through and pay $30 for 12 tacos I won’t even get 2 meals out of. I get that they may be understaffed, but that along with prices I can’t give this location the business. To some it may be worth it, but it’s insane to me when I could make tacos for a week with $30. Done.

Coal city store in IL was rude. I got off work with pretty time to order before closing. Went to the drive through and no body answer. They turn off the drive thru. The website said still open.. poor service since there was none even when it was open.

This Taco Bell has always been one of the worst around. First, how long does it take to get the entrance fixed? Second, why would you leave someone at the register alone that can’t ring up a 12 pack of regular, soft tacos. Employee asks for help and the response from another employee is what now?

This is a KFC/TacoBell but I usually only come here for the Taco Bell. I normally get the #1 which is three taco supremes and a Baja blast. I have come to ding that the fries from KFC are phenomenal so I recommend getting them if you’re feelin fries.
