I ordered pork egg foo young and rib tips on the A and B special. Extremely disappointing, I called to let the restaurant know the egg foo young omelet was undercooked & the sauce was watery, the guy who took the order instructed me to add SOY SAUCE, to thicken the sauce???? No suggestion to bring the food back or offer an exchange. Really, think twice or three times before ordering from here. I have ordered from here before and never had an issue, I’m sad no exchange was offered. I did inform them that I live in the area and never experienced the food to taste as horrible as it was today. Bad day, no offer to fix the order, makes bad business !!!!

Love the rectangle container at lunch time, reasonable choices and cost. Unlike the other cheapskate places that gives you small round container for lunch and no soda neither…I also missed call in delivery and the driver came by again. For some reason someone mentioned bad customer service but I haven’t experienced this.

The food is always hot, the delivery person is always nice, and the food is delicious. I am a big fan of flavor and their food definitely has flavor. I always order from the A&B Special which includes an entree and a appetizers for $10 bucks, can’t beat that. Thank you for always sending our food HOT, Delicious and quick!

Food was not good at all. Shrimp was soft and pasty. Called to let them know that the shrimp we got is spoiled, and they tried to blame it on me for taking a bit longer to pick up the food. The lady that answered the phone would didn’t even try to accommodate us nor offer us a replacement. This was a really bad experience and the food was really bad. Last time I would ever order from here. I wouldn’t recommend at all. No one is perfect but at least attempt to make your customer fell comfortable by trying to make things right. I felt like they had no regards for me as a consumer. They just cared to make the sale and that’s it. Word of advise, try to make your customer happy even if you feel your customer is wrong. It could be that the vendor you got your shrimp from sold you a bad batch. You just lost a good and loyal customer.

The food was not good, I ordered pork fried rice, chkn wings w french fries, & a beef w broccoli. The beef in the broccoli had a weird taste to it like it had spoiled. The owner older lady had a very bad attitude!

I usually order from here a lot however today was a horrendous experience. The owner didn’t get my order over the phone, when I told her what it was she didn’t even wash her hands nor put gloves on. Then never offered me a bag to put my food in just left it on the table and walked away with an attitude.

On 10/21/16 I ordered for myself and my 9 year old daughter (2) Sesame Chicken combo dishes and 1 small BB Ribs. When we had started to eat our meal I noticed that the Sesame Chicken was hard and extremely crunchy. There was a tiny piece that looked like a WHOLE cat nail covered in Sesame stuff. I pulled it out and for those of you that have cats you know that when a cat loses a whole nail, what it looks like. This tiny piece looked just like it. The pieces of chicken was no bigger than an inch long. The chicken felt very hard and extremely dry. The pork fried rice was yellow and very very soft and mushy with no taste. There was about 10 peas in both orders and they (the peas) looked very wrinkly and some white areas in them. As for the BB Ribs….they were BLACK. There wasn’t any red coloring on these ribs at all. I immediately threw everything away in the garbage. When I had called to complain a woman answered and I told her the problems. She then said with an attitude, “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?” This woman was rude an unapologetic. I hope to GOD that no one in Throggs Neck has an experience like what I had experienced. This is the worst restaurant in my area and should be closed down permanently. Suns kitchen even though they closed down had excellent food. I had ordered through Suns kitchen for the last 15 years and never had a problem. Hawaii Chinese Kitchen is looking for a quick buck by serving horrible food. I hope they are shut down! I’m unfortunately giving them (1) star review. Unfortunately there is no option for less than 1 which they deserve.

One of the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten so far l! You can never go wrong here. Everything has a great authentic taste that is uniquely its own. Great customer service! I love the lady who took my order, she is kind and lovely lady. DEFINITELY HAVE TO COME BACK FOR SOME MORE !!! Thank you
