I have never got an old cold burger from a five guys b4 until now. I ordered online from outside walked inside 5 mins after ordering to a cold burger. It’s lunch time how is the food not fresh. The cheese wasn’t even melted that’s how cold my burger was. My bun was stale too. Fiveguys cost to much for McDonald’s quality food will not return to this location

I knew the place during the initial time of the virus, where you could just pick up the food and enjoy it. Now that I had the opportunity to enter it was not pleasant, the food is not of good quality, the fries seemed like the leftovers from the container, the hamburger did not have a pleasant taste and the pickles did not look fresh. I had to clean the table and chair to sit down because they were all dirty.

Unfortunately won’t be returning to 5 guys, it’s a shame because my son loves this place but for the recent price hike ( yeah we noticed ) my order totaling over $50 id at least expect to actually get a burger! They have totally cut back on the quality of the product that made them stand out from the rest once upon a time, nothing to see here just a paper thin charred to a crisp “burger” two starts because the fries are still on point I guess

Tasty, all beef burgers and great fries. They offer single and double burgers with a variety of toppings. Additionally, a variety of fountain soft drinks, shakes and don’t forget the free peanuts…all you can eat! We always dine in. In warmer weather, its also enjoyable to eat at the bistro tables out front.

I just really didn’t appreciate that my bacon cheeseburger did not have any bacon And this has happened before so I usually check but my son was being extra ornery and I just left. I didn’t eat it right away when I got home, just put it in the fridge and came back for a midnight snack (don’t judge me) for a bacon cheeseburger with NO bacon!!! Not cool… ♀️
