Giving it 5 stars because I got more than expected. It’s almost packed every weekend. Don’t like waiting so I finally made time and went earlier during a Friday, it seems rush hourS we’re barely starting as there were a lot of open and clean tables and we had to wait for almost 20mins. Once seated our servers were amazing. Menu was extense and prices are great. There’s even free ice cream for dessert. It is smaller than other bbq places but it was a great experience, would definitely recommend it and most likely will go back, but beware of weekend nights, it gets really packed.

Was looking forward to this since I don’t really eat Korean BBQ. We were a party of 3. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so ignored at a restaurant like I did tonight. Once we were seated, our server was completely ignoring us. The people next to us were seated after us and their server was already serving them while we were still waiting to see our server. We sat there for almost 10 minutes. Finally our server, Allija (or something like that) came and took our order and it took a long time to receive it. He hadn’t even turned on the stove. He also completely forgot our rice and drinks that we had ordered. He was nowhere to be found but upon looking for him, he was seated with another party, talking and laughing. I waved over another employee (Marc, who is excellent, by the way.) why our server was sitting down and not serving us. He said that he was probably “off,” alluding to that maybe his shift was over. Why didn’t anyone else step in? We didn’t even get to order more food since our server was completely ignoring us. He even helped the people next to us. He came over a bit after and asked if anyone had helped us. We yold him no one had been serving us. He apologized but again, he disappeared. We didn’t even get our ice cream. Instead another server came and asked but at that point, we were disappointed with the mediocre service and decided to leave. Horrible service. This young man needs training or something. I left a tip to reflect his service.

My family and me love this place! It’s always such a good vibe when we come here. I am shocked at seeing some of the bad reviews about this place, because I have been coming here for years and never once have I had bad service, the food has always been delicious and I always find parking every time I come and I have been here on some of the busiest days. Had my daughter being so fussy one day and the waiter came and offered to bring her ice cream early so she can calm down and let me eat lol

I may be jaded in this review (for the record) because I thought that not allowing any form of reservation on a Saturday Night is inconvenient and #dumb. They basically force you to wait 45 min with no real waiting area. Everyone just stands around in close quarters waiting for their name (great plan guys). I actually didn’t follow the herd and went 3 doors down and had a drink and some delicious dumplings as I waited.

Tonight my party of 18 and I came here after Knotts Berry Farm and we all enjoyed it. They accommodated us in a timely matter. They were very helpful when we needed things. Even people around us were nice to give us a plate of meat. The music was AMAZING if someone can send me their playlist. We are all full for our ride back to Oxnard. Thanks to our servers!

First time here. The food was good & decent price. Oh and they give you ice cream. The staff where nice. 🙂 the only thing is that it could use a bit stronger air ducks to pull out the smoke sand the outside looks like it can use a power wash. 🙂
