That was unfortunately disappointing. Up first, have say that the service is impeccable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Kudos for them. And Thank You for the small birthday suprise to our party member. It was a pleasent suprise.

If you are looking for authentic ramen, this delightful small storefront restaurant is what you are looking for. The staff was very friendly, will it to make suggestions, food was served quickly, and everything tastes great! You aren’t going to find a menu that has 50 things on it, this is a specialty restaurant focusing on ramen, and they do it very very well.

Got a chance to experience this place after knowing about it for over a year. Ordered an appetizer and beef noodle with the addition of mutton. The appetizer meets my expectations but it was tooooooooo little for its price. Plus the meat coming with the noodles is minimal. I don’t eat cilantro (Or parsley) so I asked the waitress to take it off but keep the green onion as the garnish. She said we always put the cilantro and green onion together and cannot just give you either one of the two. I was not happy with this no-option option. They cannot even customize to meet individual customer’s needs. It’s a downside. The store looks organized, clean, cozy and minimalist. The dish is salty indeed and I needed to drink a lot of water at night. May come back again but won’t do it too frequently.

Everything we ordered was delicious! The watermelon smoothie was so refreshing. The steamed dumplings were perfect and we watched the noodles being made right on site. Service was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Authentic Chinese noodles (hand pull thin noodles and chopped wide noodles), dumplings, appetizers, so tasty and flavorful. They also have boba tea drinks. The service is friendly, quick and attentive. Highly recommend!

I came here very oftentimes! Food is good in general! The ramen is different from Japan Ramen but much closer to Chinese noodles! They have hand pulled noodles and chop noodles(手拉面和刀削面)!

This has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Btown. I’ve gone once a week for the last 4 or 5 weeks, because I can’t get enough.

My friends and I really enjoyed this restaurant!! The portions were huge and the food was delicious, with lots of boba and ramen options. It was so fun to watch them pull the noodles, and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions! I would definitely recommend the chicken fried dumplings; they were fried perfectly!

Lan Ramen is a new ramen place just outside of downtown serving up fresh made ramen. You can see the chef making the noodles by hand. They also have a large selection of teas and smoothies. The taste was excellent, I had the house ramen which had chicken, beef, and shrimp in it. The meat was all cooked perfectly and the noodles were the perfect texture, different than any I’ve had but very good. The broth is almost a bit sweet but they have sauces at the tables to add to the broth to make it perfect.

I live 15 minutes away and did a takeout order so I wouldn’t have to cook tonight. The noodles were cold, which is fine but I at least expected the broth to be at least lukewarm if nothing else, but it was stone cold. The last thing I wanted to do was come home and heat up the food that I paid so I wouldn’t have to cook at home. It was a major let down.
