Thought you were open later so l waited til 11:55 p.m. to order. Delivery was fast , and the driver wouldn’t let me sign for a tip as you closed at midnight. Most places would have let the phone ring. I had a busy day that day and no time to cook. Hunger is the best appetizer. Thank you.

Ok so I am NOT Happy with this store at all. I ordered my lunch and after 30 minutes I called them to ask where my food was and they HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. I cancelled the order because I had to leave. They are so rude sometimes. Normally the staff is super nice but this went way too far. I will not be ordering from Jimmy Johns anymore.

Called 5 times for 1 regular sub and 1 mini john that I ordered at 10:20pm and was told each time it was in the delivery driver’s car. It is now 12:10am and the employee I just spoke to said he has no way of knowing where my order is right now. Finally requested a refund; he said he would process it in the next several days. Obviously, I’m not very trusting of that promise.

I must say this has been the worst Jimmy Johns I have been to and I use to work at a Jimmy Johns in NC. I am pretty sure upon entering a customer is suppose to get greeted and not just looked at like an inconvenience. I understand they might be college students, however; manners and customer service go a long way. Zero pride or respect in what they do, I do apologize you chose this position and I ordered food from your establishment. The interaction was the most awkward I have ever had with anyone when it comes to taking my order. I went in this evening around 8:10 and stood there thinking I would get a greeting or a simple “May I help you?” but instead I got some awkward silence. Some time has passed and a worker finally approaches with more awkward silence, simply staring at me with no words, so I finally initiate the ordering process as a customer or else it would not have happened and he begins making the sandwich with no hat on at all. (hopefully he had a hairnet blended in his long hair) I receive my sandwiches and no thank you at all, no have a goodnight or anything. Just awkward silence and the third employee simply stood there with his phone texting. Great customer service guys. I proceed to leave and say thank you and have a goodnight, still more awkward silence. I say boycott these folks, the owner is paying people money who have no care for their customers, who provide their paychecks.
