Super disappointed. Out of all locations, I figured visiting the Palm Beach Gardens location would be pleasant. The place was absolutely disgusting, there was no ice no napkins and all the tables were dirty. The food tasted mediocre, it seems that every location varies with the new Al Pastore chicken. The best part is the cashier had her Beats on her head and was having a conversation while assisting customers. Since when is it OK and acceptable to have headphones in/on while assisting customers? I’m hoping chipotle reminds their staff that they have a job because of paying customers like myself. My thinking is, if you don’t like customer service or dealing with the public then, please, find something else to do for work.

I love chipotle and I went to this location today it’s very unhygienic no cleanliness they don’t even have the items in pan, no Rice, fajitas and guacamole. When u chicken looks like it’s there been since last 3 days. Service was good.

Chipotle continues its horrific race to the bottom. I could’ve gone to a sit down restraunt, gotten my order, eaten, and paid in the amount of time it took to get one bowl during non-peak hours. Waited in line with close to 20 people. One worker was working slow as molasses and couldn’t have cared less, and the other was slowly cleaning around the hot food containers, didn’t bother to help the very long line of any people waiting. This is my last and final attempt to give Chipotle a chance to redeem itself. No more masochism.

Unfortunately, it has become a running joke between my husband and me that something is wrong every time I go here (usually once a week). In the past couple of months, they had a problem with taking credit cards, and it was cash only for a few weeks, then their soda machine was broken for two weeks, and another time they opened 30 minutes late because two employees did not show up for work. Yesterday I was there at 3pm, ordered a bowl (which I always have with chips), and found out after the bowl was made, and there were 10 people behind me in line that they were out of chips. Out of chips at 3pm??? The employees have generally been courteous, but this Chipotle has more problems than I have seen elsewhere.

Huge shout out to Cavorie & Amari who took great care of me last night! They were out of so much food and we’re so apologetic and accommodating. On another note management needs to work on the whole running out of half the ingredients before 6:30 PM. They were out of white rice, black beans, sour cream, and I forget what else.

Order placed thru Chipotle App. Incorrect order delivered & refused. Told a replacement coming, but never returned. Left me starving for hours with zero follow up. Finally got customer service to refund order but nothing more.

The cashier was not working and the employees said only exact amount can be purchased, they would not want to give change. The worst part was that the food look old, the place was really dirty and all 4 employees were at the counter talking aloud with out paying attention to customers.

Rude teenagers. Dirty counter. Out of ingredients…tried to dish up bottom scraping tomato juice for salsa. Chipotle has gone to sh*t. Like this at any location lately. Annoyed I wasted my money there.
