Out of all the Pizza Pluss’ I’ve been to, I was surprised how homely this particular one felt. The Restaurant was nice and spacious to say the least. There were two separate dinning rooms, with the one in the back having a mini arcade and dispenser machines you put the quarters in. I came here with my best friend and his son, and the waitress (Who regrettably I didn’t get the name of to properly credit them) was more than happy to accommodate our needs. She was very attentive with making sure we had plenty to drink in our glasses and was very polite. My friend’s son can be very noisy and disruptive, but the staff paid the little guy no mind. The restaurant over all was very clean and had the atmosphere you’d expect from a Pizza Place. While it’s not a name brand like Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Hut, Pizza Plus as a whole is a pizza place you should try if you haven’t already. Their food is delicious and good for the money. Dimmy’s giving this Pizza Plus 5 stars out of 5 stars!

We will NEVER spend another dime to support pizza plus. It has been everyone’s favorite for years. But it is poorly made, doesn’t taste good anymore, cold when delivered and they have terrible customer service. Our order was incorrect even though the young girl repeated it back to me correctly. When I called Sally said she could send out another but I would have to pay & have to wait another HOUR. I told her no, I just want my money back since they can’t make it right & she LIED telling me the manager isn’t here until tomorrow & she cannot give any refunds. Took it back down there & she refunded it. But don’t expect them to go above and beyond or even give a simple apology for wasting your time & money, because they will not do that. The bare minimum is all you get, not even an apology.

Steph & Andy’s Pizza Plus franchise is usually a safe bet for good pizza at a very decent value. Sometimes the young staff gets overwhelmed and messes up orders but that’s not a common occurrence.

This use to be one of our favorite spots to get pizza. But this last trip was not good. First off it was hot. We were sweating before our food even came. And that made the kids and pretty much all of us unhappy. And there were so many dead bugs EVERYWHERE. The window seals were full the floor at the first entrance. And then 5 of us at a table they brought cheese sticks but no plates no napkins no silverware. We had to get up and ask for everything’ pretty much. The food was ok but what happened to service and cleanliness?

Tables were dirty. Cheese sticks were good. Cheese steak sandwich had little meat and vegetables. Salad was fresh but made by staff so all ingredients combined together. Service was adequate.
