Our first time here. To start, the staff is wonderfully attentive. They brought drinks, food out promptly, and checked on us often… We ordered a good variety of dishes, and all and all, we think the food is underseasoned.

Their brunch menu weren’t good, half of our party left because there was nothing they would like to eat. They don’t have a single salad or soup… Ordered their gelato tortubo as a desert and it came out as neopolitane ice cream which is completely different desert from what was pictured. Great spot. Top notch food & service! We had reservations & seated promptly. Russo our server was warm & friendly. Fresh baked bread started our visit. Myriad of specials alongside menu did not disappoint! We started with calamari steak & meatballs…both fork tender. Entrees were short ribs over fresh malfadine & fresh tagliatelle with truffle, lobster, guanciale. Richly divine & decadent. Canoli dessert was the perfect end to a perfect evening. Went in for the first time today, for Mother’s Day. Menu was brunch items. Food was phenomenal. Couldn’t even wait to take pics of it before digging in! Service was also amazing. Russ was our server, very knowledgeable about all the dishes, down to what the meatball had in it. Will be coming back for dinner!

This place is truly a gem and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Service is always spot on, all the servers are very knowledgable, friendly and attentive but I continue to come back because of the quality, consistency and atmosphere. Chef Franco has more than mastered his craft and his daily specials are always a hit. Hands down this is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in South Florida!

We went to Sette Mezzo for the first time Friday night and everything was wonderful. Our server Melinda was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over all the specials and answer all of our questions. The meatballs were fantastic, as was the eggplant parmesan and the Italian cheesecake. WE will definitely be back.

I went here a few times and had a great time. Excellent service. But the Sunday sauce is out of this world. You order it in Saturday and come in and they sell you a pot of Sunday sauce to take home. The first time you pay extra for the pot but you keep it and bring it in for future orders.

Absolutely delicious little Italian restaurant at mid-high range prices, dont sleep on the fish here, both the salmon and sea bass have been two of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. The grilled octopus with white beans and spinach is a strange but wonderful tasting appetizer. Bread is plentiful and the service is very friendly with fun Christmas shirts. Drinks are strong but a little high priced. My only complaint would be that when its busy it can get a bit loud and id suggest sitting outside if available. Also wish they had a menu or board with specials since its impossible to remember the 10 or so the waitress tells us. Can’t wait to visit for a third time!
