I’m not sure who the young lady was with the long sideburns but she was rude. She took my order very rude once I received my order. I got 20 minutes away and noticed that I didn’t have the correct food I went back and Receive an extra leg instead of the extra biscuit I requested. The fool was hot and amazing. And I really do appreciate them being open during the storm but her being ruled just was not it.

We ordered the $20 box and the nuggets were hard and cold. We took it back, and they did serve us hot, fresh nuggets. I took a star because we had to actually turn around and go back to get the quality we deserved in the first place.

Just dont! Placed an online order, and my account was charged. Went to pick it up, and they had no record of the order. Their ordering system is Broken! I was however given the option to pay over THREE times the price for the same order, even though still not reimbursed for the 1st charge.

A little disappointed in the Manager on the window. She was bothered/annoyed at the window. Did not speak, even after being spoken too. She was not rude, but a little unpleasant. Not my first experience with this older woman. Still no option to enter the dining room…I’m not particularly happy with my 2pc today and I have posted a pic. I’ll wait a while to visit this restaurant again.

I just had a bone in my pot pie kind of frustrating because I almost choked. I called just to inform them of it, the lady was very apologetic and assured me she would talk to her prep team. I wasn’t looking for anything special because mishaps happens. The way the woman handled my call let me know that she cared and that was refreshing especially when other places really don’t place any value on the customers anymore! Plus the pot pie was bomb as usual!!

Went to pick up food after work in the drive through at 9:20, they close at 10pm. They told me they didn’t have any breast meat left. I said I was happy to wait for them to cook more. They said that they stop cooking chicken at 8pm. It’s completely disgusting and unacceptable that they are serving chicken that is sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Gross! I will not be going back!
