I go to M shack somewhat often since it’s accesible, fast, and a nice vibe. The quality meat on the burgers is not something you find in many places. However, the fries are consistently mid which is pretty disappointing. Overall I would slightly prefer a Burgerfi to Mshack but it’s still pretty good.

This place is very good to eat at. They have a wide variety of foods to eat and probably the most thickest milkshakes I’ve seen, which is good. The staff is very nice and they are fun to chat with. The patio outside is perfect because it feels not to hot and cool just right. And obviously the fries are the best part super crunchy and in sufficient portions

Headed over to M Shack after a long/hangry evening. Got the cheeseburger, cookies and cream shake, truffle fries and house fries. I regret not trying their M sauce because apparently it was fire. Nice that the burgers are cooked to order the way you like it (mine was medium).

Robin is the BEST bartender, this place has great burgers, but seriously if you come to the bar you will be greeted courteously, professionally, and with a smile. I’ve been coming in here for years, and will continue for years. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Put this on your TripAdvisor list of places to visit when you come to Nocatee. Also their tots…sooo good!

Quiet quick meal at M Shack tonite. Burger came out incorrectly as it was customized but they fixed it immediately and was spot on the next time. Ordered their homemade and very tasty applesauce.. that surprised me! Onion rings were good as well. Watched while the young lady was emptying the ice cream machine to clean it… can definitely recommend this location!

I came in yesterday for a treat, and it was our first time in. The manager Audrey was in the front area, and walked us through the menu, and gave us recommendations. Her service and care for our meal was remarkable. The burgers were delicious, and the shake i got on her recommendation was outstanding. My family and I will be back, often. Not just for the food, but the attention and care Audrey gave us.

Just left at 745pm, March 1st 2020 after getting our order refunded. New guy at register forgot to put some orders through, and no employee noticed that three different customers sat without food for 35 minutes. Mostly teenage employees, three of which stayed after shift and got food to go. Those guys joking in the back could be why no one noticed the customers without food. My wife also noticed the off shift employees eating and drinking in the back kitchen. They also touched kitchen utensils, such as sauce bottles without washing their hands. Manager was polite when we asked for a refund, but we dont plan on returning to this M shack.
