This was my first visit. The restaurant is drive thru only but my wait was very brief (2-3) minutes, the customer was good and the coffee (white chocolate mocha w/ almond milk) was delicious. Did I mention the coffee was delicious. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on toast and though it tasted okay, you can see from my pictures where it was mostly toast. I’ll definitely return for the coffee and to try the pastries.

Drinks and sandwich were good . However I waited in line 20 mins with only one car in front of me . I got to the window and had to wait another 20 mins for my 4 drinks. Loved the coffee but i can’t keep coming with these excesssive wait times for no real people in line.

Aside from the long wait times every now and then we love coming here! The stuffed muffins are amazing. They also have a drink called the hot mango not on the menu and it’s absolutely delicious! Be sure to check them out!!

I visited Eliana’s and had some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The young man named Jay was so personable and friendly that I’d go back just to deal with him! Also, the coffee and food was delicious! However, please let Jay know that he was AWESOME and unfortunately we don’t see this type of customer service anymore so it was a great start to my day!!!

Come here often, usually no issues. Every once awhile need coffees remade as sometimes it’s not made right (and end up giving the coffee back). This morning I ordered 2 coffees. One I asked to be remade as it wasn’t made correctly. The person remade it but still it was not made correctly. We went to McDonald’s while it was remade again. When we came back we were asked to pay for the remake by an incredibly rude barista. When we were confused because she didn’t explain, she grabbed a “manager.” Manager explained we were on a no remake list, which is ridiculous in itself, and could no longer have our coffees remade. If a customer pays for something and it’s not right then it definitely isn’t something they should pay for again. We give the coffees back the we’ve asked to be remade as we just want the coffee to be made correctly. Always thought this was a nice location until this incident. Will be filing a formal complaint with the owner.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I’m sooooo glad I finally did! I asked Kelly for the closest thing to a Starbucks Carmel Frappé, she recommend the Caffé Dolce Freeze and it was amazing, Starbucks can’t even compare. I would highly recommend.

If you love grits like me, give this place a try. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing. It has now been 6 months. I go maybe 2 or 3 times a week. To eat, I get either a grit bowl, which is actually in a cup, or a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. To drink, I always get a hot Tuscany Toffee. I have tried the turtle freezer. It was good, but too sweet for me. I’m just a hot coffee person. I also get the smoothies for the kids. I’ve only gone once, and they didn’t have any grits. I do wish they would provide a piece of toast with the grits instead of charging $2.
