The Carmel rolls are exceptional, with options for every member of the family. Enjoyed the quiet pace (normally busy during breakfast or lunch, holiday) watching planes land and take off while eating lunch. Staff was very accommodating when asked for menu substitution.

Food was below average. All seasonings were flat. The 50 year old stocky waitress was rude and micromanaged other staff blatantly in front of customers. The kitchen seemed to be completely out of order, not a single thing was going smoothly inside of there. Front and back of house were completely incompetent and no one was aware of what was happening. Will not be back. I would rate this zero stars if I could but even then that’d be a compliment.

Consider reservations when going here for breakfast because it was very busy. Our waitress Kimmy was fun and full of joy. She suggested multiple add ons which we went for. We split a caramel roll which was amaaaazing! The best caramel roll I had ever eaten. So fresh and soft with gooey caramel. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very soft and fresh. I had the breakfast sandwich which was also very good. We’ll definitely be going back even if it’s just for a caramel roll!

Didn’t even get food. We arrived there waited 8 mins to get seated, the lady was rude because we didn’t set up reservations and then wouldn’t stop telling us we needed reservations next time so we just left. There was only 3 of us. Open tables every where? There was only 8 people in the place. It’s a cafe if you don’t want people stopping in then change to an exclusive place. Will never waste my time there again

Great airport cafe/small business/great food! What? Good food at the AIRPORT?! Yes-at Brainerd Regional Airport. Try the Manoomin Porridge if you dare-I did & I LOVED it! Breakfast all day. Lots of in house pastry items to go as well.
