I have given Carrot Express so many chances. This location consistently leaves out key ingredients – I ordered La Bomba today which is a falafel wrap with roasted eggplant. As you can see, this is basically a wrap filled with quinoa – the wrap had not a single falafel and contained very little roasted eggplant. This has happened on multiple occasions and I’m officially over it. Pura Vida is more expensive but they nail it on consistency and quality. Don’t waste your money here.

I like this place but it doesn’t stand out to me anymore. I like the food and the wraps. Sometimes it can be a hit or miss but it usually does the job. I typically get the liv or fire wraps and those are always good. The fire I get with tuna salad and had of it fills you up a lot. Another item I used to get was the açaí but as I found a better place I havent been going as much it’s still good though. The service is not bad. I would rate 7/10.

You order a live wrap that includes avocado and was done in a proper way for years but now to save ingredients they reduced the amount of avocado like 90% having just one small piece in the corner of the wrap. So when you tel them it wasn’t like this and that now it’s overload with quinoa and veggies instead of having the fair proportions of chicken and avocado, they say is the same recipe even when you were a longtime customer. Disappointed. It use to be a great place to eat healthy and balanced.

This place was quick and delicious. I got the poke bowl and it had a balance of all flavors in the bowl. Nothing really overpowered anything else. The smoothies look amazing as I watched a bunch get made. Even their sandwiches had me more hungry and I felt full from the bowl. It is fairly priced and wasnt too busy even at lunch time.
