If you go inside and they see you at the register, employees will literally ignore you.they expect you to use the kiosks but they don’t have the courtesy to tell you they won’t help you. If you ask them to help, they refuse to take your order. They will walk you to the kiosk and force to use it. What kind of customer service is that. Every time I go in I swear to myself I won’t ever go into the job y again but I keep forgetting how bad their customer service is. Why does Taco Bell do this to their customers. Their own employees acknowledge it is bad doe business

Our first time in this more modern restaurant. You have to order in the self checkout order machine. We haven’t been to Taco Bell in a long time so we didn’t remember the menu. Had to stand there for like 15 minutes. Not even one of the workers turned around and at least said Hi, a customer told us that we had to order in the self checkout machine. Next time I’ll just order thru the drive thru.

Picked up for carryout. The app wouldn’t let me order what I wanted so I had to order at the counter. The team was helpful and friendly, and apologized for the inconvenience. I assured them that I knew they had no control over the app and thanked them for everything.

This location has the worse customer service ever. These kids did not acknowledge me, I was standing there for 7 whole mins, they saw me, passed by me and continued talking amongst each other while playing their profanity music real loud. How is this acceptable? Very very unprofessional. Someone needs to train these kids properly and management needs to do something. It was 7:00 at night. Please address these kids! I already put in a complaint with corporate. Something needs to be done. This was not the first time either.

Ordered burritos and asked for them to add beef. One didn’t have any beef with the other only had about a teaspoon worth in the middle (less than a bite). The tortilla chips were stale. And the App doesn’t let you order chicken Chalupas.

We came to the drive through at 8:13 am on a WEDNESDAY and sat there for 10 minutes without ever getting to order food. No one was in the store. We drove around and no one ever took out order. What the heck is going on??

I came here today to meet with the GM Monica after she reached out to me since U had a previous bad experience, I’ve been eating Taco Bell for a long time more often than other restaurants and am so happy to see that there are still restaurant owners out here that want their customers to feel welcome and to be able to talk with them! I think I might start making a trip down here every 2 weeks to eat in and enjoy the relaxing feeling of being in a great restaurant with great food. I would normally have pictures of my food but today I hadn’t eaten so I am making this review after having already eaten.
