The manager there is so respectful. I walked in and a customer was going off and was saying some very mega things to the manager. The manager maintained her professionalism. I felt so bad for her. She didn’t deserve that. Every time I eat there I enjoy the food. My favorite is the macaroni.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we pulled up and made our order, we asked for two items on the order. When we made it to the window after paying for the food via card, Kiana informs us that there will be at least a 25 minute wait so we could either wait or get a refund to which I asked for a refund. When she gave me the refund in cash, she gave the incorrect amount. When brought to her attention that she gave the incorrect amount, she proceeded to throw attitude as if we were in the wrong. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know how much money to give back in a refund if it’s literally right there on the receipt. I left still not getting my exact refund back because the last thing I wanted to do was be confrontational.

It was horrible! The chicken was cold, I paid $30 for 8 legs, 1 thigh, nd 2 sides. They said they didn’t have white meat and it was only 730pm. I’ll never go there again. The employees were rude as well

Swung by to try it out. Before Popeye’s, Churches was my fave for FC. On this day, pieces were alittle dry as if overcooked. Not horribly, but on the dry side for me. Would probably frequent more often if their specials were more competitive.

I came in today to get my uncle’s usual i come here for him all the time however my first time seeing linda if she is infact the store manager then you need to consider searching for a better fit someone who can communicate effectively as well as tactfully! There’s no reason to yell at a paying customer im wondering if she’s racist because there was no other excuse nor explanation for how she handled my experience today

I followed up with a detailed response via the survey to the most disgusting and disturbing visit i recently had where I actually witnessed the lady’s bad experience with the store manager linda! Linda took my information and called my phone left an even more shocking and disturbing voice message justifying her behavior and interaction with the young lady boasting that her employer upheld her poor decision which is confusing because she’s a store manager which translates to leader so if they saw no wrong then she lead them to believe she did no wrong thus another guest will suffer a even more poor experience ! Long wait, garbage food tastes frozen, and over cooked…small portions, dirty dining room employees walking past filthy tables and trash without cleaning it up. Save your money go to Popeyes. Manager was pleasant and works hard but doesnt make her people do the same.
