Very bad management here. Im a delivery driver and had come to pick up 2 orders for delivery. Manager on duty was very rude and said drivers were not allowed to take more than 1 order because the food would “arrive cold”. I have been doing this for awhile. I use hot insulated bags to guarantee food arrives warm. And never have I ever been told by a restaurant that I cannot pick up two orders. I can get in trouble with the service I use for canceling plus I lose money. I feel for the poor customers that have to wait longer for their food because of this rediculous rule. If you order delivery from this store and your food arrives late or doesn’t arrive at all, you can blame the restaurant for that.

I ordered a doordash from here. My doordash driver showed up and it showed that she had accepted the order. It was not on the order screen so the manager proceeded to tell her in his exact words were if it is not on our screen we are not making it we do not care excuse me man I have other customers to take care of can you please leave the store. My driver was on the phone at this time and I heard these words come from the manager. I will absolutely never go back to the store how rude of them to not even bother to look to show that it had already been confirmed by somebody at their store and for them to be so rude to a driver that is just trying to take care of their customer

Love some Bojangles! Breakfast is my favorite. Ham, egg & cheese biscuit and finish up with Bo’Berry bisciuts. Cinnamon Twists are great too. But! Expect a line ’cause they’re always busy but it’s fast moving 🙂
