Good food, and good service but both times I visited this weekend (hear for a convention) the chicken and wild rice soup came out cold. Day one sent it back to be heated back up, day two asked them to make sure it was hot and it was barely warm. Reallt good soup, just a shame their soup warmer seems to be busted. There’s also inconsistencies day to day on the brussel sprouts: day one, unseasoned by day two over seasoned and super salty. The redeemer was the very friendly servers who tried hard, and the chips with dill pickle ranch dip.

A disappointing meal, there is no other way to say it. The pasta dish was bland, in fact all of the food was fairly bland. Not at all representative of a hotel that charges over $300 a night.

The appetizer combo plate and flatbread were really good but a few of the entrees we ordered were not. The coleslaw was swimming in watery dressing. The fish (special) was broiled in rancid butter. A hamburger ordered medium well was cold and raw in the center. Restaurant decor and location with view of the river are perfect, but some of the food quality needs improvement.

Food was ok but nothing special. The service was horrible. Very slow to be seated (unless you are the elite who just walk in like they own the place) and had to ask multiple times and multiple people just for ice water.

We come here to eat sometimes and it’s really nice. The service has always been great and they have delicious food. We use the banquet rooms for events as well.

Jack was our server, we came in for a late lunch. He was fabulous. This was a great stop. We had a delicious light lunch of the dock lunch and yummy smoked deviled eggs. Food was great and service was better.

Food was okay. Got the blackened white fish. Great BIG bun small little piece of fish. Just pulled it apart and ate it with half the bun. It was fine that way. My husband had the Cuban which he liked. We had the coleslaw neither of us cared for that at all. Setting was beautiful, staff was friendly.

Unreachable by phone. Discovered a theft after departure and absolutely cannot get a dialed call to be picked up. Called the convention center next door & got a response on 1st ring. The only number they had has “restrictions” for incoming calls. I guess I’m restricted.
