I had an absolutely terrible experience with Pizza Hut. Not only did they leave me with cold and inedible food, but the disrespect I encountered when I called to complain was beyond belief. I did not even want to call to complain. The customer service representative was rude and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were insignificant. He even said this better not be a prank call. Like what is your problem I am calling to warn you guys to not make food like this because people can sue you or get sick. I cannot believe that a restaurant of this size and reputation would treat their customers in such a manner. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers or their satisfaction. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and will be warning all of my friends and family to stay away from this establishment. Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely unacceptable standards at this place. I got what looked like a frozen pizza that was reheated again. It tasted bland. The sauce was sour like, the cheese was like some cheap mozarella, and the mushrooms were burnt! The bread was also burnt and just didn’t seem normal. I thought I could get past all this but when I ate my stomach became mixed after an hour. I had to take an upset stomach pill to not feel like puking and because of the timing I know it has to be this! I will be reporting this to a health department. This is not the first time I have felt food poisoning in chain restaurants in the Chicago area. They are lazy, careless, or just don’t practice good cleanliness! I do not doubt they will use old supply for the making of food in order to save money. Unbelievable. REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT OR COUNTY IF YOU COME ACROSS THESE IRRESPONSIBLE RESTAURANTS!

Staff was really good with customers service and the pizza was good but the breadsticks were hard I was disappointed I couldn’t eat them because I love Pizza Hut breadsticks and those were not cooked right at all.

The sauce was barely there on the carnivore pizza. There was cheese on the pizza but not enough to taste. Even though we arrived to pick up the pizza at the time specified the pizza was not hot. It was barely warm and the only reason I didn’t make an issue was because I have a foot injury and wearing a leg boot. I wasn’t in the mood to go back and ask for a manager while standing on an injured foot.

I have ordered carryout from here twice and so far I have been very pleased. My pizzas were ready at the specified time. The quality of food was magnificent. Pizza crust was crispy without being burnt, pepperoni on my pizza was crispy as well. The biggest thing was that I requested light sauce and that’s exactly what I got, plus they threw in a couple cups of sauce just in case they had put too little sauce for my likening. My bone-in wings were perfectly crispy and fully cooked inside. I highly recommend this pizza hut for carryout orders. Also the inside has a comfortable size waiting area if you arrive early. I will go out of my way to get satisfy my Pizza Hut craving here.

Ordered delivery from here, but it seems the outsource delivery through door dash. Over an hour past delivery time a young kid on a bicycle delivers cool food that looks like it fell a few times. $50 in the garbage.
