Literally so disappointed… first the girl uses my points without me asking!!! And then I asked for a pink drink and it’s a literal refresher! When I asked the girl if she added milk she said “ yeah? “ like if she knew she didn’t put any in there. And then I overheard the owner tell her she’s supposed to add milk. So why didn’t she just re make my drink instead of lying to me. Go to the one in oak lawn it’s 10 times better!

Also, Starbucks personally needs to get it together with the Jewel’s locations because I do not like being forced to load my Starbucks account just to get some stars at this location. One of the ladies waiting on me was rude and saying I ordered a different drink than I did. Saying I told her something different. If you made a mistake and gave me the wrong drink – own up to it and apologize. So defensive. I only ever order one drink. I’ll give a three because the drink was good at least.

I don’t know why the coffee is always lukewarm?? It’s never hot. Some of the girls are always texting and taking to each other about personal stuff. The one girl was picking inside her ear then preparing food. It was disgusting to watch. Thank god I was only getting a lukewarm coffee only to microwave it when I get to work. Do better girls. Do better!!

Terrible customer service at this Starbucks location. An older lady that works here always has an attitude for no reason. I went in to purchase a drink and ask the young Hispanic girl for an extra venti cup with just ice and she told me if a tall was ok, I said a venti cup and she said “we don’t do that” so I said why not I’ll pay for it and she refused to sell it to me so I told her I would go somewhere else and she said fine and didn’t care to loose a customer, worst customer service ever. I always had a bad experience here but kept returning with the hope that it gets better since it’s close to home, but this bad experience was the last one for me as I won’t continue to give my business to an establishment with these type of employees. If you’re not in the business to sell them close down. I wasn’t asking for anything free.

Mariana and Faith are hands down the best Starbucks associates I have ever met!!!! I live 50 min south and come up north to see my mom and brother. There are multiple Starbucks that I visit and this one is by far the best i go to. Associates are always so nice, friendly, and genuinely seem like they are happy to be there. Mariana and Faith need promotions and raises!!!!! They made my experience AWESOME as usual!!!! My daughter wanted to order her drink using her shark hand puppet and Mariana even went along with her and it made my daughter so happy. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!

All the workers here are fantastic. I’ve been a barista in my teen years and this Starbucks gives quality service, better than I’ve ever seen before. Olivia is by far my favorite employee usually working the morning shift. She’s kind, helpful, suggestive, and overall quick-paced. Definitely deserves a raise. No matter what drink you ask for this location will make it just right. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and respect these lovely girls. remember these people are human treat them like you’d want to be treated.

Nice! Inside of Jewels on 115th inside the mall , stop to go to Jewels and inside was Starbucks, clean , new , friendly service and just what I needed on my way out of the store. Glad they are there in the community ! So if your shopping at Jewels and need something to drink, it’s all in one !!!
