My favorite is the unwich tuna and they messed up my order a couple times. It’s so frustrating especially after coming home from a 10 hour work shift excited to eat my sandwich to have it made wrong. I don’t feel like driving back and complain about my order, so I’m going to complain here. Honestly this is my last time ordering at this location, I’ll try somewhere else.

Ok first, I’ll start by saying I wear hearing aids so part of the issue I have with this location is on me I know that. I’ve eaten at this location many times and I always have the same issue. The food is always good. But they play the music so loud at this location that I have to ask them to repeat themselves, because my hearing aids cannot hear anything but the music and unfortunately, some of them get annoyed because I asked them to repeat themselves. Anyway, I just feel like I’m going to stop going to this location.

They get literally every single one of my orders wrong. I give my order…. They repeat it to me…. I confirm…. They tell the person making the sandwich…. The person making the sandwich confirms…. They STILL GET IT WRONG. 3 seconds – out of their brain. I used to order 2x a week – now 3x a year. Sad that their service is so damn terrible. And that’s walk in. Place a delivery order and expect it 60-90min later even though you live 3 blocks away…. Astonishing that they’re still in business. I’m done.

Really annoyed with this location. I Ordered the hunters club and once I got home found out they didn’t put cheese on it and no double roast beef. They put about 2 slices of meat on it. Really disappointed because I know the price of the meat and cheese are baked into the price so I really feel I was just paying for air at that point, or just donating money to the store unbeknownst to me. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place/location to other people. I understand mistakes happen but I feel this mistake was just carelessness. It also makes me feel that the workers don’t care about what their customers end up getting. Do better, Wadsworth jimmy johns!

DONT ORDER HERE! Ordered a sub and tipped and never got my sandwhich, when i called to ask for a refund, the manager and driver were sitting there telling me it was there…. im telling you i didnt get it and their sitting there trying to convince me they dropped it off….what???? Just give me my refund and call it a day right? No, ive called 3 times asking for a refund and i called customer service and they still havent filed for a refund on my order after a MONTH of trying to get a refund back. Didnt know a corporation was so desperate for 20 bucks, these guys cant even operate a jimmy johns correctly, yikes.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online. When I arrived to pick them up they had not even started making them. I finally got them and we went home to eat. When we opened the sandwiches the bread was super hard. You could knock on the top of the sandwich and it made a noise. I am shocked that they would give that bread to customers, it should have been thrown in the trash.

The employees there are shady, have your VPN on !!! I know because I quit last week for having My phone hacked and My backpack gone through while I was trying to better Myself. If you want the food there, get it and RUN!!! You remember the gremlins right? Well, in this case, don’t talk to them too long…& don’t be fooled by their false persona.
