STAY Away from KFC!

I’m from Baton Rouge where there’s 0 good KFCs near me so I decided to give this location a shot. Yall best get down here! Hot, delicious chicken, cold, refreshing coleslaw, moist biscuits and prompt, courteous service. I read the bad reviews and was hesitant to come but after coming here let me encourage yall to appreciate what yall have and give them a second chance. The one where I live has sold me hot, rancid coleslaw more than once and is often out of chicken breast! The staff works like a well oiled machine and Glennisha is at the register to serve. She told me about the deals and made sure to drop ketchup and honey packs in my bag. She treated every customer we saw her interact with in a respectful manner making them laugh and serving then promptly. Ma’am you are a treasure. Thank you for your help and kindness!

I arrived at 6:38 and ordered a 12 piece meal only to be told that they didn’t have any chicken and it would be a 20 minute wait. I said I would wait 25 minutes later I was told it would be an additional 7 minutes. How can you be in the chicken business and not have chicken??? They never have chicken it is amazing to me! It is 7:15 now!! SMH

I was there a week ago and all was great. This time the chicken sucked. I ordered original that was so dark I thought she hour the order wrong, and gave me crispy. If it’s going to be hit or miss, I’ll just go somewhere else.

They gave me the driest sandwich I’ve ever ate. It was so hard it literally hurt to bite it. Definitely won’t be returning here since they can’t cook a chicken breast properly.

At the drive thru, no one answd; there were no customers; I saw thru the window one of the employees sitting at a table eating; I went inside and clearly ordered 2 3pc white boxes with 2 side. We are traveling and opted to go further down the road and picnic. Imagine my surprise when I found both were dark meat which we dispise! We were very disappointed.

We pulled up to order. The lady said “sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed”. First of all, this was right after hurricane Laura/Delta so no one has normal hours and you can’t tell if their menu wasn’t lit up because of the hurricane or because they were closed. There were no signs posted showing hours. The drive thru is a maze and only one vehicle wide, so we had to drive over a curb to even leave. We were in line for a couple minutes behind a truck that ordered so I don’t understand why we were turned down.
