This place has some surprisingly solid sandwiches. I was looking for a sandwich spot but didn’t want the super corporate style fix so I tried this place and it was fantastic! Nick is a super chill guy, and ultimately the Burnside was a great choice.

He came around giving out samples and I knew I had to try it. I got the pasta salad with chicken, spicy. Can you say YUM?! Not only is the food absolutely delectable, but the man who runs the place is one of the kindest people I’ve met. Will definitely return!!

They have the best sandwiches downtown for a decent price point. I got the Burnside and I really enjoyed it. The bread was toasted well and everything else inside the sandwich complemented each other. I plan to go back to try their other sandwiches. Nick is super friendly and a solid guy.

I stumbled across this food cart on my visit in Portland. I ordered the Burnside and my husband ordered the Morrison hoagie. The food was delicious! I would highly recommend. The quality of food was amazing, and the owner had such an awesome vibe. In the short time that we met him, he made us feel welcomed. You could tell that he was truly passionate about the food he was making us. Make sure to check this place out.
