I’m glad I made sure to pull over in the parking lot to check my bag because I was missing my gyro sauce and an entire kids meal. Kid at the window didn’t seem too happy that I wanted to come back for my food. Then I get home and go to eat my food. Presentation is horrible and the quality of my meal I had tonight makes me never want to go back to this location.

Can’t review properly because they were out of food we wanted to order so we didn’t stay. We wanted a chocolate and a coffee milk shake but the ice cream machine was still broken after several days. We wanted to try the fish that has been highly advertised but they ran out yesterday. So, bye bye.

The drive thru took a really long time to place my order. I sat there for 20 minutes, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got up there to order, the guy taking my order was more interested in trying to upsell my order than actually doing it. When I told him to stop it and let me finish my order, he did. When I got to the window, I was told by someone else that it was his job to do that or he could be fired. I responded I understand, but at least let me finish my order before you get to the upselling. Then, after we left, I found out they didn’t leave off the onions on my chicken wrap. It wasn’t even written on the receipt. I’m allergic to onions, so I request no onions on every meal I get. They also didn’t put in any of the sauces we asked for. I think it’s more important to get someone’s order correct before trying to get them to order additional items!

I ate at this establishment today after church service. I walked in and two different families were ahead of me. The cashier was nonchalant as if her job really didn’t matter. When I approached the counter I ordered a Greek gyro, small crinkle fries and water. I had no idea if I needed to come back up to get my order or if they were going to bring it out to the table. My fries looked over cooked but it was old grease I’m assuming due to my fries haven’t looked like this before at this establishment. The Greek gyro was tasty and presentation was nice.

Sadly, I didn’t get what I ordered. Although I did still enjoy the food. We didn’t get double meat for the French dip. Only got 3 sides of aju, not even halfway filled. I ordered 4. Overall, it is still one of our favorite fast food chain restaurants. I hope that next time we come to this establishment, our service is a bit better. Thank you guys.

The last 3 times I have dined inside, it has taken a very long time to get served. The drive thru takes precedence. Today, as I waited for my food, the guy who took my order was walking around the counter. The man, whom I assume was the manager, called out to him and asked where he was going. The cashier said he was going to the bathroom. We, the diners, then heard about Arby’s policy loud and clear! The cashier was told, ” No bathroom breaks between 11 AM and 2 PM!” NOT what one wants to hear as they wait be served! Poor cashier didn’t look as if he could wait anothwr 2 hours!

Last 2 weeks have tried to order at this Arby’s. Noone available to take my order in drive thru waited 15 min to take my order and drove off becayse still not ready ( lunhtime) or inside waited while she filled fry bins and stocked products and filled other orders before she would even attempt to acknowledge me and 4 other people waiting. Short staffed and out of roast beef at noon. Lunch rush. Inside floors are ALWAYS STICKY!! Do better. Or don’t do st all

Terrible Arby’s time before last waited almost 30 mins to find out they were sold out of roast beef. Last time we waited in the drive thru for almost 8 minutes an no one helped us so we left. They are very slow.
