Terrible experience!!!! Ordered delivery. Never received my order. Manager was lacking in any kind of knowledge about how to manage a restaurant and lied to me repeatedly about my order. For instance, I received a text that my order was on its way and I called after a 1/2 hour. She told me that it left 10 minutes ago…I said that that was not accurate because I received a text. She then told me that they dont handle their own delivery service and that I had to contact their delivery company and that the info was on their website. Their was no info whatsoever and I had to call back and she continued to give me the runaround and refused to refund my $$$ and said the delivery company has to refund it. After much investigation, I contacted the delivery company and they said the restaurant had to refund my money and called them. She agreed to refund my $$$ but after 5 days i still do not have a refund and cad to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, Ridiculous bad service and ridiculously inept manager. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!

I had 4 different types of tocos, none were that great. The worst part was the salsa tasted like it belong on spaghetti. The place apparently offers a free margarita, but I didn’t ask for it. The staff were nice enough. I’d say 2.5.

I ordered takeout from here this past weekend and had a very frustrating experience. I ordered online and it said it would take about 30 minutes. However, it didn’t end up being ready until 2 hours after I ordered. My husband went to pick it up at the time it should have been ready and was told a very specific time of 8 minutes. A lot of time went by so he asked for an update again, and was then told 10 minutes. None of these times were accurate. He said he saw a bunch of order tickets and no one was doing anything with them. When I called the restaurant to get an update, the woman who answered offered no apology whatsoever and continued to state that it was Cinco de Mayo and I needed to be more understanding. She was not able to give me a time when it would be ready and just said “they’re making all of the orders at the same time”. I understand it was a very busy night, but they should update their online system to accurately reflect the amount of time it will actually take and work on their communication skills. My husband ended up waiting 1.5 hours for the food and received no apology whatsoever. I wasn’t looking for a refund but at least a little acknowledgement of their mistake, which they clearly were not willing to give. The food was decent but was not worth that experience at all.

A little pricey but sooo good. This is coming from a Latina, I’m not sure about these other reviews from non Latinos who don’t know how our food is supposed to taste. I can say the staff is always friendly, nice location downtown, and amazing food. My favorite dish is tacos dorados while my bfs is chicken fajitas. Also try their churros or tres leches cake. I’m surprised at some of the comments because ever since moving to west chester, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here.

I went in for a TAKE-OUT order this past Sunday night, almost towards closing… ordered tacos, and was only suppose to be a little over $20. I signed the receipt and put a zero with a line through it to signify that I was NOT leaving a tip. I just checked my credit card transactions and saw that they added their own tip of $10 to my bill!!!! Money I did NOT and do NOT have to give away!! I’m on disability!!!!!!
