SLOW AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Did my order completly wrong and answered the phone slurring and couldn’t understand them. Acted incompetent when I needed them to correct my order. Explained it 4 times to 2 different people. If you don’t have basic communication skills don’t work in the public. There was cheese in my dipping sauce??

If I could give 0 stars I would. My girlfriend had to wait over an hour for two pizzas and was the first person to order. 5-8 people who ordered after her got their food first. When we finally got the order, they had messed up one of our pizzas so my girlfriend went back inside and the manager huffed and puffed at her. It took them another 15 minutes to remake the pizza and we finally got to head home. The employees were rude as well as the manager. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a few years now and NEVER have I experienced such slow and poor service. Won’t be returning to this location and anybody else would be wiser to do the same.

This was one of the poorest interactions I have had with a food business in some time. It’s like none of the workers had ever interacted positively with a customer before. We used the drive thru and asked what was hot and ready. They only had cheese available so we ordered one. 3 minutes later and we still don’t have our debit card or receipt back. When Alan return, he tell us to pull around, the cheese have 3-5 minutes left. I stood in the lobby for more than 10 minutes waiting, without anyone acknowledging me. Once someone did, they asked what I was waiting for. She immediately walked around back and brought me my pizza. No acknowledgment from Alan or whoever was supposed to be running the store.

I would give them a zero if I could. Definitely go there is you’re ready to waste away your whole day. I got there as soon as I got an email saying it was ready and I still had to wait 30-40 minutes because it takes 30 minutes just to “get out of the oven”. Will never be going to that location again.

I had a doctor’s appointment Wednesday afternoon, and didn’t really want to have to cook when I got home so I went by drive through at Little Ceasars Pizza in Pell City .I ask the guy if he had any cheese sticks ready, and he replied that he had one. I paid him, said thank you ,and went home. I have never eaten anything like that before from Little Ceasars, and I pray that I never receive anything like what I was given that afternoon again. Theses cheese sticks looked like they had either sat there too long and dried out ,or were over cooked. Either way , we couldn’t even cut them into slices to try and eat them. They were hard and dry . I DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, BUT THOSE CHEESE STICKS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN IN THE TRASH, NOT SOLD TO A CUSTOMER. THEY WERE AWEFUL .

Ordered online on 2/28 at 11:01a.m. Showed up at 11:33 to find store locked, nobody in there. Others showing up found the same thing. I left and picked up something else. As I was pulling back into work. I got a notice my pizza was ready. Too late. I only get a 30 minute break. I didnt get pizza and I was not refunded my $12.09. Avoid this place like the plague.
