A very unique setting located inside of an Infiniti dealership. Yeah you can buy a car and have some ribs too! We got there near closing time so we were almost the only ones there. The ribs were fall off the bone perfect and the baked beans and coleslaw were a perfect match to go with it. The hostess/server was very helpful and friendly too with her recommendations.

We ordered BBQ for coworkers that were at a function at our house last week, (about 40 people) and it exceeded my expectations with the overall quality and taste of everything! There are a lot of choices for BBQ in our area, and we have had many of them, but this spread was better than the rest. I love me some brisket, and we had the chopped and sliced brisket….both were top notch, but the chopped chicken was the BEST that I personally have ever tasted. So juicy and flavorful, that I may even consider that over the brisket! Actually I can’t do that but I’m getting both next time for sure! The sausage was also way better than others I’ve tried. The sides were all very fresh and tasty too. I’m looking forward to the next time I get to have more…thanks again for sharing your amazing food with us!

This is a gem. Earnest B is friendly and does great Texas BBQ. The brisket is top notch and the jalapeño sausage is the best Ive had. All the sides are excellent and a little unique. Its a building attached to Crest Infiniti so its fun explaining to someone that you’re meeting for lunch at a car dealership. Easy to get in and out and one of my new favorite BBQ spots.

Earnest B’ s BBQ restaurant was very dissapointing, especially after reading the perfect 5 star reviews, which make you wonder are the reviews rated by family and friends. The location is right beside car dealership in Frisco, TX when we arrived it wasn’t anybody there which was weird despite being such a high rated bbq restaurant in Texas. The menu has limited options and prices are more on the steep side for what you get. The most interesting part is that you can’t smell the aroma of anything being smoke, grilled, boiled, or fried in the kitchen. The food was very cafeteria like, dry with no flavor at all. Everything seemed pre cooked and just reheated. In my honest opinion I think this place qualifies as a ghost kitchen but I’m go leave that alone. Staff was average. Sorry Earnest but come on now.

My first time visiting Earnest B’s barbecue and the service was awesome. Very nice place to set and enjoy your meal. I was very pleased with the food. I had ribs, greenbeans, onions rings, and toast. I had more than enough, and it all was delicious.

Oh. My. Goodness. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here. The food was absolutely amazing. Brisket and Ribs are top notch. Earnest and his family are great hosts and know how to feed and entertain a crowd. I’ll be coming back any chance I get when I am in the Dallas area.

Took a bbq/smoking class. Learned how to trim pork spare ribs into St Louis ribs and keep the extra meat. Also learned how to slow cook pork ribs and beef ribs which can take 2 or 3 hours vs brisket whish should take 12 – 15 hours. As well as how to trim the brisket. We also got to eat EVERYTHING which was AMAZING!! In addition to the ribs and brisket, had lamb and took home chicken and turkey only because we were too full !! Would definitely recommend the class, for catering, or just for dining!!!

Where do I start? Earnest is a guy anyone can cheer for and his brand new sauces give you plenty to love. The Mama’s Sweet Heat was perfect with brisket this week and my mind is racing on all the things we can do with the delicious Mississippi Vinegar! Absolutely amazing! It’s on the front side of the Infinity building to the right. l Got to meet Mr. Earnest B himself. I got the pulled pork and a half rack of ribs. This will be my new go-to place when visiting the DFW area. Smoked perfectly and was easy to pull off the bone. The BBQ sauce is sweet yet tangy. The baked beans and onion rings were a fantastic complement to my meal!

Earnest B’s BBQ is consistently delicious. I’ve been eating Earnest B’s BBQ for over 15 years. Hands down, one of the best BBQ places that I have ever eaten. The meat is always tender and juicy and the sides are absolutely amazing.
