My husband went to pick up our food and the lady was rushing for him to pay and he was trying to check the food to make sure it was right which she should have been doing at least open the box and show ur customers their food to make sure it right before they make any purchases and leave the store but no u rushing to get out and have the audacity to say u can check ur food later so that’s ybi give one star

So the only reason this place got 2 stars was because both times we ordered delivery from here, granted that no one else delivers out here, was because the delivery woman was so cool every single time. However the dude that answers the phone has a passive bad attitude. Both times. Also both times we got wings and they are puny. Won’t be ordering from them anymore.

I wish I can give no stars but I have to give a star to leave a review but I literally just got off the phone with the person that’s doing the phone or whatever taking deliveries and they are rude hung up on me I was trying to even talk to a manager to call back to tell him about it or what’s going on and they’ve been hanging up on me and everything this place is horrible that’s what makes the food ugly is the service because I bet you if they’re slacking like that on there doing phone calls they’re slacking on your food too that girl that was on the phone act like she didn’t even care like she was even there You need a new crew Somebody that cares about the business and actually wants to help and the quality of the food and cares about the customer so the lady I was talking to on the phone between 1:00 and 1:30 on Saturday 4/1 she needs to be fired she does not need to work in the food or any kind of customer service for that matter

I am disappointed with the service. Ww called at 8pm and they told us it would be an hour wait time for pickup. I have ordered there so many times and it never took that long (usually 15-20 minutes). I went a little early, since I was concerned the pizza would cool off and the crust would get stale if it sat too long. After paying I opened the pizza box and it indeed was lukewarm and the crust was stale. I mentioned this to them and their resolution was to put it back in the oven and brown the pizza. The staff was not at all concerned with being helpful. Perhaps they were having a bad day but I will not be returning again.

Called to ask if they deliver as we received a flyer in the mail. I was told no, not on the weekends. I questioned the person and was told not to call back again. Very rude and unprofessional.

This was my first visit to B & B and I was impressed! I ordered the XL pizza for some coworkers & I. It was well cooked & delicious. The pricing was great too. The gentleman that cashed out my order was very friendly & helpful.

I have driven past this Pizzeria more times that I could count and finally decided hey I need to stop in here and I’m glad I did. I ordered a small pizza just for me which is the spinach feta cheese black olives olive oil with the red pizza sauce and the butter spray that they put on the edge of the pizza is tremendous.

I clicked I don’t recommend simply because I live in Milner, a few weeks ago we got a flyer in the mail saying they now deliver here. My mom ordered via phone and had no issues (we have the same address), I ordered via online and the driver was so rude!! They charge a $5 delivery fee plus a tip for the driver, which I am willing to pay. They are the only place to even offer delivery here. So the convenience was well worth it.
