The owner of this location needs to do a surprise visit and try the food they are serving at this location. This is the worse Popeyes I have ever been to. The food is inconsistent. One day the chicken seems freshly cooked. The next day it looks and tastes like they refried yesterday’s unsold chicken. Today I received slimly mac and cheese. This could result in food poisoning. Stay away from this location. They do not care about what they sell to their customers. They spend more time playing then serving their customers.

Waste of money. Never coming again. I always hear bad stuff about this place and is true. Order 3 pc and got smaller then an appetizer portion. Went inside to tell them if this was right they said wing, drumstick and thight. Wow wasted 11 dollars on this. Don’t bother coming here. Used chuckee cheese card as reference. Your better off literally anywhere else. Would give 0 stars honestly.

Was happy to see this place open up in Las Cruces. Usually get their spicy chicken, which is great, but finally tried the chicken sandwich, ridiculously good. Always get red beans and rice as my side, which is always good and consistent. Add some good sweet tea and this is a winner. For a new location service has been mostly good.

Well, if I could I give them 0 stars. I want to say that we placed a big order ahead considering that if we waited 30 min before picking it up I’ll be ready. They had us waiting an hour before giving us our order and let’s make clear that there was no line at all. That said, after they took forever to give us our food, didn’t occurred to us to double check out order since it took so long. When we got home we are missing two LG sides. We go back to Popeyes trying to talk to the manager and he was too busy to attend to us. I attached a picture of how busy the manager and the other employees were. Honestly it was a huge disappointment.

Well, I had to try it for myself, despite hearing it wasn’t great. Not good. Chicken coating is spicy/flavorful, but meat has little taste or juiciness. TINY pieces, too. Biscuit like cardboard. Slaw is totally bland.

Worst, experience. Ordered the 3 pieces chicken meal, received everything EXCEPT the chicken. Grubhut delivered was not helpful. Call the manager at the store “Max” which wanted me to come pick up the order. Dude, why do you think I used Grubhub. Then he proceeded to direct me to corporate which none of that helps me now. Stop partners with companies if you can’t resolve 3 Party issues. I am purchasing your product. A 3piece meal without the 3 piece.

I’ve always loved Popeyes chicken.. ate it in Texas all the time. Delicious!. Moved to Las Cruces NM. Just bought an 8 PC family meal. Chicken was dry and hard, mac and cheese tasted like soap. Biscuits ok.. I love Popeyes!. But

This has to be the worst Popeyes in the history of Popeyes. I’ve only been there four times three times through the drive-thru. They got the order wrong, then try to make it your fault. One time dine in the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Popeyes. The manager needs to be fired and they need to replace everybody there if they plan for that location to succeed.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. $29 for 2 meals that weren’t tasty. One was 12 piece nugget and other was 3 piece chicken. Both came with 2 sides and a drink and biscuit. Payed the extra .50 cents for the Mac n Chz and they only gave us 1. I live 10 miles away so if I had to drive back just to get my Mac n Chz I’d being driving a total of 40 miles. They need to pay closer attention to make sure they include everything. My chicken tenders are more breaded then chicken and tastes like it had been made many hours before. The Mac n Chz was horrible tasting. And the biscuit was hard. The only good was my strawberry Fanta and my mash potatoes and gravy. The 3 piece meal chicken was also dry and didn’t taste good either. First time eating here and definitely my last time. Not worth the hype nor the food quality or price. And the sides are not even filled up halfway at least. Definitely disappointed in their food and portions. I’d give zero stars if it would let me.

Okay…. First I had to repeat my order several times. I said 3 pieces tender meal with fries and a sprite and buffalo sauce. They respond what okay do you want the combo? I said yeah with fries. They say what side I said fries. Haha. Then they say what to drink? Like cmon . Get my order and they didn’t even say have a good day or anything, just walked away and turned out to be the wrong order. Go inside and get the correct order. Get to the car and no sauce. So I walk in and say can I have 3 buffalo sauces and to my surprise they say how many sauces? I said 3 then they said what sauce. Will never go back.
