If I could give this place zero stars . I waited for over an hour for some frozen bag shrimp and a handful of rice. I called the manager and tried to raise an issue but he wasn’t interested in what I had to say of the complaint. I just said forget it.

I tried to bring my family here. It is not a restaurant. This is more like a bar/club than a restaurant. Their food looked good but loud music, too much for our kids. The server was so nice but not for kids. Good for a night out.

Nice place great atmosphere. We were able to go before people started coming in so great quarantining before busy.

Great food, great drinks, and an excellent staff. The food is amazing. This is my first time eating here, but definitely not my last. The menu had plenty of choices and my appetite is ready to make its next selection. This visit I had the fried lobster and shrimp and the food did not disappoint. There was a live band setting up when I left, so I will probably set up my next visit around enjoying the live music. 9 of 10… Deducted a point because their IG page didn’t advertise the Mother’s Day live band… Beat me there, don’t meet me there… Loved Island OMG Seafood

Staff and management/owner needs to have more communication with each other. Didn’t even eat or drink something because the place was so poorly managed. They didn’t even offer the draft beer because they wanted you to buy the overly priced too sweet mixed drinks.

The customer service here is terrible. Definitely my first and last time coming here. The staff is more focused on talking to customers that they clearly know outside of work instead of actually doing their job. I waited over 30 minutes just for drinks and the place wasn’t even busy and when I finally got my check they over charged me for drinks that another table had ordered. The store is just poorly ran.

I see the direction the owner was going. Bar atmosphere with food, security was polite also the waitress, but not impressed after paying to get in. I exclusively came for the food only to be disappointed that I couldn’t choose what I wanted to eat with the snapper I was paying market price for. I came for food and was okay with paying for the atmosphere but not worth paying the entrance fee only to be disappointed to be offered a lot of things I don’t eat.

Never again. My family spent 100 dollars worth of food and received barely had any food in it. The waitress was rude the food came out extremely late. No accommodations when we complained. I would never step foot in this establishment ever again.

Can you say HORRIBLE this was my first and last time going to this restaurant the food is overpriced the drinks are Nasty especially the ones out of that frozen dispenser it’s thick like a milkshake and has a bad awful taste I only ordered appetizers just to see if I wanted to order food for $40 I at least wanted to eat my oysters but the batter was so thick I could barely taste them once I got to the bottom nothing but a greasy mess they could’ve at least drained the food on paper towels the fried pickles the same way all batter by the time you taste the pickles they’re so salty it leaves a bad taste in your mouth I left there and went to McDonalds and had a better meal save your money because you will be dissatisfied with your meal but I will say the staff is very nice and friendly
