Went there tonight and picked up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with sauce. Ate a couple slices of pizza, then opened my crazy bread. When I opened the sauce, it was moldy. I immediately stopped eating, and threw out the rest of my food. It was disgusting. Probably will never go back..

Did an online order and waited 45 minutes after the time my order stated my pizzas would be ready! They were 2 people working and they were extremely slow and no sense of urgency or care at all! The lobby was dirty with trash on floor, one of our pizzas was ready about 20 minutes before the other two as I watched everything. The crazy bread was ready when I walked in for my order. Someone came in with a burnt pizza and the counter person told her over an hour for it to be corrected, the customer opted for a refund. The counter girl gave it to her and then out loud asked herself what am I going to do with this pizza now? She put it in the warmer with the other order’s waiting to be picked up! That is gross and unprofessional. I get it, they are short staffed but not knowing how to be professional Or at least discreet not ok. A manager came in at one point and gave the cashier change and exchanged a few words of direction in front of everyone in the lobby and left! Very disappointed on this whole experience

Understaffed in an area where it stays busy. 12/hr will do that. Workers were nice but no hot-n-ready pizza do to crowds waiting. Pay them more!

Employees ignore phone ringing, constantly. Slow service. There’s at least 5 people on staff. Only 2 I can tell are actually making pizzas. This store is ridiculous. And needs to be restarted and retrained. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.

Second week I’ve ordered online, waited the estimated time and they told me it was going to be another 15-20 minutes. This is disappointing. I ordered a little after 6pm and I’m not going to get my pizza until 7pm.

Tastes good just long wait. The longest I’ve had for hot and ready. Pizzas were done in 5-7 minutes but bread took 15-20. Next time I’ll know and order ahead. That would solve the issue.

The pizza is always good when I order here! The guy at the front counter is nice and super attentive. I got a pepperoni pizza last night, and it was literally the most perfect pep pizza (good amount of sauce and cheese, pep was a little crispy but not incinerated lol)! They’re always swamped when I go in, so I don’t mind the wait sometimes. They have a good team right now! If y’all see this, y’all are doing a great job and I really appreciate being able to get a decent pizza from here!

We went for a few of those hot and ready pizzas. I have been trying to help my son become more social and be part of our communities so the he too can start feeling confident and enjoying our outings. He is a kind and bright high functioning autistic young man. So he was excited to place the order under his name and pay for the pizzas. Theodore was amazing, what a delightful gentleman; professional yet down to earth patient and kind to Pj as well as my toddler Amara who was also with us. Great customer service skills. Kudos also the staff members wow the pizzas were well made, not over cooked, cheese was melted cheezy and not harden from over cooking. Crust was crisp like golden French bread. Thanks for wonderful service (customer service), staff members and great pizza.
