Ordered Hand Tossed Pizza this is thin crust, the customer service is terrible, they are rude they don’t even get out the car when delivering it they pass it through the window. The pizza is dry and hard no sauce really and they don’t even make it how you request it. The bread bites are hard and dry with no dipping sauce, the cinnamon sticks are hard too. They need to get it together or hire someone that can properly make food and isn’t rude. Worst pizza I’ve ever ate in my life.

Typically don’t have issues with this location, but was pretty disappointed when I received burnt loaded tater tots that weren’t really “loaded” as pictured. Was pretty bummed, since I’ve been wanting to try these since they just came out. They also took a while to find my order which was kind of alarming.

They are extremely slow. I had to get out of my car to personally move the drive thru line. The manager should take a training class to better understand the rush of customers and also the team should be trained in being better at receiving constructive information as far as speedy service. They had four employees working and they were not prepared for the daily activities of business. To top it off my food wasn’t cooked completely which is a health hazard. I’m not going to say they should be shut down because clearly the community needs this location but additional training is necessary.

I ordered a pizza about 3 hours before I wanted it delivered. A few minutes after delivery time I tracked the order, only to find out it had been cancelled. I was never notified about the cancellation. No email, phone call, or text. Extremely disappointed.
