I ordered a 20 piece meal for me and a few friends and it never arrived and when I called my delivery driver she didn’t speak English so I called Wingstop myself and let her know I would be calling the people working at Wingstop today October 24, 2022 were absolutely no help And I asked if I can get a refund for my order or how my order replaced so I can get a new order and my food still never arrived. It said it was out for delivery and that would arrive in five minutes but it never came. I ended up paying $28.83 for food that never arrived and I was told that I couldn’t get no refund and there is nothing they can do about it I contacted the customer service hotline and was told I can get a refund but it would take up to two weeks and this was the last amount of money in my account. This is a very poor experience and I’m probably never gonna get wings at this location ever again. Then when I went to go get my money back since they said they can give it in cash I when to the bathroom and it was infested with roaches so I told the workers at the front and got brushed off mine you this was yesterday October 24 2022 And I was still not refunded or compensated for my order.

If I could rate ZERO stars that’s exactly what I would give them. Second order where we ordered for delivery and door dash said it was delivered but never was. Called wingstop and spoke to the most incompetent person ever FRANCESCA. She has ZERO customer service skills and does not need to be customer facing.
