They always make delicious pizza, we recently try the Honolulu Hawaiian and I asked them to put some jalapenos in it and wow it was a delicious taste, the pizza already came with ham, bacon pineapple and green peppers I really recommend this specialty pizza, and those cinnamon bread twists are super yummy. I don’t know what’s happened to this location over the past 3 months, but the food is awful. This is the second time in the past few months that I’ve received a pizza that was so bad it was inedible. The issue was the same both times: no sauce on the pizza, cold food, and ingredients that tasted stale. Someone needs to work on quality control in this location, because I will not be ordering from here again.

As a general manager myself I have to say I am very dissatisfied with this dominoes. I called and ordered four pizzas at 11 pm as the website said they was still open until midnight. I had to drive 17 miles to get there and then the front door was locked my boyfriend went around back and talked to the employee and they said they didn’t have my order it must have been the wrong location. So he then comes back around front I tried to call the location and then of course they wouldn’t answer the phone. They let the phone ring off the hook and let u listen to a recording and still no answer…So apparently they were to lazy to do their jobs…. I’m not sure how you all stay in business when the employees don’t want to cook pizza or answer the phones for customer service… Do better Domino’s…..

My delivery driver (I think Scott) was amazing. Quick, super friendly and appreciative. But as far as the food goes… so sad and disappointing. “Thin crust” was really just a slab of cardboard, not even edible. And their so called crispy tots? Soggy and covered in burnt cheese. All around will not go back. I’ve used farther away dominos and items have been so so much better. This location is just not at all good whether pick up or delivery. I live like 7 mins away. It’s just not worth spending any money here.

Really glad they have the new location. It is way easier to get to now as I usually pick up. Employees have always been polite and professional in my experiences. This new location actually has tables that you can eat inside with several televisions on the wall.. Menu offers pizzas (including specialty pizzas), penne pasta, oven baked sandwiches, appetizers, wings, desserts and soda. Thin crust or regular crust and deep dish pan pizzas are offered. Food is normally good and cooked thoroughly. Definitely huge huge Improvement from when first started getting pizzas from Domino’s in the mid to late 70s. Always running some kind of specials. They now have a “Piece of the Pie” rewards program.

For whatever reason this dominos is just better than every one I have ever ordered from. This one is so good I am almost reluctant to order from others when I am not near this one. DO NOT ORDER DOMINOS! Their LARGE pizza is BARELY bigger than a TOTINOS pizza that you can buy at publix for $1.50!! Their wings are the size of a Cornish hen! I spent $40+ and I STILL have to cook something else to feed my 16 year old son! NEVER AGAIN! If I could rate them ZERO I would!

Horrible Experience with this place.We have been ordering from this store for years since we live in the Lakes at College pointe, recently not sure if management has changed or what is going on. Last 2 times we have ordered food has taken longer than 1 hr and a half, obviously we get it cold at that point and when we call their response is yes the driver is new and he got lost when we are literally not even a mile away. Then they offer you store credit and when we call to use it we have to jump hoops since no one knows what we are talking about. Today we called and ordered again and I will attach the picture of how our pizza arrived at our home, its disgusting and could not believe they have people working for them that would do something like this pizza looked like it was dropped!!! THIS IS MAJOR NEGATIVE STARS!!!
