Came with my friends for lunch. Food was hot and fresh! Buffet was stocked and clean. Food was very tasty! They have the best Fried chicken. Cashier was very friendly and I took an order home also for my family to enjoy! I recommend Hartz on Fairmont Parkway Pasadena Texas.

Went for dinner in the drive thru. Ordered a half dozen gizzard meal and a 7 count tender meal. Tender meal was supposed to come with gravy and we didn’t receive any. Not to mention half the gizzards and liver we received were completely raw. Tried calling to resolve and no one would answer.

It’s Hartz! The buffet hasn’t changed in 20 years! What you see, is what you get! Update** The buffet is now back in motion after a year and a half. The price has went up on the buffet $13 per person. Nothing hasn’t changed on the buffet still!
